Electrical Supervisor
Purpose Of Recruitment
- Supervises and coordinates all activities related to electrical installation for the project.
- Ensures that all electrical works (single line diagram, wiring diagram and automation work etc.) according to the approved drawings.
- Issues NCR to contractors/sub-contractors when necessary.
- Rejects improper electrical installation and automation installation which does not suitable with design drawing
- Reviews work progress, schedule, and requirement for completion.
Specifications / Requirements
- Working Experience : 5 Years, in Area Electrical work
- 3 Years In supervisory position
Skills :
- Strong knowledge and practical in installation electrical work (ex: high, medium and low voltage also automation etc.)
- Strong understanding of basic electrical knowledge (ex: single line diagram, wiring diagram etc.)
- Strong understanding the automation process and instalation
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at construction site.
- Ability to manage ad supervise other personal, tradesmen, etc.
- Strong communication skills, preferably in Chinese or English.
- Minimum Education : S1 electrical engineering or automation

Mechanical Superintendent
Purpose Of Recruitment
- Take a lead on all mechanical related tasks and ensure all the aspect of mechanical installations are completed on time.
- Coordinate closely with Main contractors supposed to ensure the installation and time completelion on the time
- Ensure the completeness of all documentations purposed and ensure the installation need fulfill design requirement.
- Issues NCR to contractors/sub-contractors when necessary.
- Ensure safety standards are implemented and rejects improper mechanical works.
- Reviews work progress, schedule, and requirement for completion.
Specifications / Requirements
- Working Experience : 10 Years, in Area As electrical coordinator, manager, supervisor in heavy industry or plant >$20 mio.
- Skills :
- Strong understanding of cement machinery and their applications in the plant.
- Strong understanding of plant and building services, including design principles, inspection test plans, risk assessments, commissioning and handover requirement.
- Ability to review design drawings and discuss alternatives, if necessary, with mechanical designers.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at construction site and carry out toolbox talks when necessary.
- Ability to manage ad supervise other personal, sub-contractors, tradesmen, etc.
- Strong communication skills, preferably in Chinese or English.
- Ability to generate project documentations
- Familiar with mechanical standard

Finance and Accounting Manager
(placement in Central Java)
Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
- • Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, review financial documents for accuracy, maintain records and prepare transfer requests, monitor project expenses, and ensure that that financial and administrative functions of the office are carried out within the framework policies and procedures;
- • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- • Progressively responsible experience as a senior finance manager and as a accounting manager.
- • Thorough knowledge and understanding of professional accounting principles, theories, practices, and an ability to understand accounting practices and procedures; to analyze data, reports, and workload flow charts, etc.;
- • Proficiency in ERP Program (SAP) and Microsoft programs i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., and the ability to use various commercially available accounting software programs.
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
- • Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
- • Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested
Minimum Requirements:
- • At least eight (10) years of relevant work experience
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and team management skills.
- • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing and Finance, Business Administration options or equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification
Heavy equipment Operator
- Dump Truck (30Ton), Excavator (20 Ton), Dozer (20 Ton), Grader (13Ton), Water / Fuel Truck 10.000lt
Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment on their expertise.
- Education: Minimum senior high school (SMA) or equivalent.
Qualification:
- Having driving license of minimum SIM B1 issued by the Indonesian police.
- Having experience of operating heavy equipment on their expertise and license.
- Capable and accustomed with the procedure of daily checking (P2H) and reporting.
- Capable of team work and responsible with the units operated, such as occupational cleanliness and safety and efficient and productive oriented.
Workhop & Planner Supervisor
Requirements:
- Working Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience as maintenance planner in mining company.
- Skills: Capable in managing and able in scheduling maintenance of heavy equipment.
- Education: S1 or equivalent (D3 )
Other Qualification :
- Committed to implementation of mining occupational safety based on the ministerial decree (Kepmen) 1827 K/ 30 / MEM / 2018
- Able to analyze mining equipment and maintain performance.
- Able to make reports.
- Able to work in team.
Detailed Main Job Responsibilities :
- Able to design strategy of workshop management and facilities.
- Ensuring Physical Availability achieved according to target through monitoring and analyzing Equipment Performance, ranging from physical Availability, Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time To Repair and comparison between
- schedule and unschedule of Maintenance Percentage.
Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
- Working Experience : Minimum 5 years of working in mining heavy equipment maintenance.
- Skills : Capable of implementing heavy equipment maintenance based on service schedule already set by maintenance planner.
- Education : Senior high school (SMA) or equivalent.
Other Qualification :
- Committed to implementation of mining occupational safety based on the ministerial decree (Kepmen) no. 1827K/30/MEM /2018
- Able to make reports
- Able to work in team.
Detailed Main Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible with heavy equipment maintenance.
Mechanic & Electric
Requirements:
Working Experience : Minimum 5 years experience as heavy equipment mechanic in mining industry.
Skills : Capable of repairing heavy equipment units (minor & major repair) based on mechanical and electrical procedures and finding solutions as a trouble shooter of technical problems.
Education : Senior high school (SMA) or equivalent

- Understand Physical Availability Unit & Mechanical Availability Unit
- Able to make reports.
