PT Panca Amara Utama

PT Panca Amara Utama (“PAU”) is a 700,000 MT per year ammonia initiative. Ammonia is a chemical compound used in the manufacture of fertilizer, explosives, acids and other petrochemical products. This USD 830 million project is built near Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. One of the biggest industrial project in Eastern Indonesia, PAU initiative supports the government’s directive to increase domestic value addition within the country.

PT PAU’s ammonia plant runs on KBR’s Reforming Exchanger System & Purifier Technology, the leading technology in Ammonia production. This represents its first application in the world, which puts Indonesia at the forefront of Ammonia production worldwide.

Construction began in June 2015 and the plant began commercial operations in September 2018.

1. Management Audit Officer (Code: MAUD-OFF)

Qualifications:

• Male/Female with maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Administration / Management / Economics / Finance / Accountancy
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Audit Officer
• Good English skill
• Placement in Head Office at Kuningan, South Jakarta

 

2. Procurement Officer (Code: PROC-OFF)

Qualifications:

• Male/Female with maximum age 35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of working experience as Procurement Officer, preferably from Technical/Engineering industry or Civil Constructing
• Able to use Ms. AX Dynamix and Maximo
• Have training certificate from PABEAN
• Able to handle and manage physical and electronic documentation with regards to procurement, PO award, PO administration to final delivery and PO close-out
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Head Office at Kuningan, South Jakarta

 

3. HSE Manager (Code: HSE-MGR)

Qualifications:

• Male with age between 40 – 48 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 15 – 20 years of working experience in Ammonia Plant, Petrochemical, and/or Oil & Gas companies in HSE Department as Manager.
• Preferably have experience in commissioning and start up plant
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

4. HSE Supervisor (Code: ELEC-ENG)

Qualifications:

• Male with age between 28 – 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Ammonia Plant, Petrochemical, and/or Oil & Gas companies in HSE Department as Supervisor
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

5. Electrical Engineer (Code: ELEC-ENG)

Qualifications:

• Male with age between 30 – 35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Fertilizer company, Ammonia Plant, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas companies as Electrical Engineer
• Have core experience in Power Plant, ABB Relays and its switchgear maintenance
• Have knowledge at Medium Voltage Switchgear 11KV, 6.9 KB and Low Voltage Switchgear 400V and 240V
• Familiar with HVAC System, cathodic protection system, grounding system, synchronizing system, relay protection REF ABB
• Familiar with power plant, steam turbine generator, gas turbine generator, gas engine generator, diesel generator, capacitor bank
• Have knowledge about Softstarter, VFD, HMI, PMCS
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

6. Shift Superintendent (Code: SHIFT-SPT)

Qualifications:

• Male with age maximum 48 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 20 years of working experience in production area of Ammonia plant, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer. Preferably have experience as Shift Superintendent
• Have good technical understanding of Ammonia process
• Familiar with KBR Technology
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

 

7. Instrument Engineer (Code: INS-ENG)

Qualifications:

• Male with age between 28 – 36 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physics / Physics Engineering / Instrument
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in Ammonia plant / fertilizer / Oil & Gas companies as Instrument Engineer
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster system

 

8. Maintenance Planner (Code: MTN-PLAN)

Qualifications:

• Male with age between 27 – 37 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Have related work experience minimum 5 years of working experience in Ammonia plant / Fertilizer / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas companies as Maintenance Planner
• Recognized maintenance work at least 5 years plus Multi Discipline planning experience
• Have knowledge in scheduling, planning, making progress report, MoM, etc
• Have knowledge of the basic of equipment work principle
• Good analytical thinking and able to use problem solving tools
• Have good will of continuous learning and team work spirit
• Experience of HSE aspects
• Good working knowledge of ERP System (SAP, CMMS PM Module)
• Advance working knowledge of Ms. Office – Work, Excel, Power Point, Ms. Project, Primavera
• Excellence in English
• Placement in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster system

 

9. External Relations Officer (Code: EXT-OFF)

Qualifications:

• Male and Female with age between 29 – 35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major of social science
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as External Relations in Site/Remote area, preferably have working experience in community in various region
• Able to implement CSR & Community Development programs initiatives in area of education, healthcare, public, infrastructure, economy development & socio cultural
• Able to maintain good relationship with external: local community and government
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster system

 

10. Process Manager (Code: PRC-MGR)

Qualifications:

• Male with age 40 – 48 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 20 years of working experience in Ammonia Plant or Petrochemical company. Preferably have experience with KBR technology
• Experience as Process Manager in previous company
• Fluent in English
• Placement in Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster system
