Job Description :

1. Supervise the HSE department to work effectively and afficlently.
2. Create safety work program and planning the im plementatian also.
3. Analyze HSE training needs and it’s implementation.
4. Make HSE reports and programs.
5. Ensuringthe availability of information relevant to accident at work.
6. Ensure all the employees know and understand the applicable HSE procedures.
7. Training Site employees on relevant HSE matters and ensure all the employees / visitor at the Site are aware of basic HSE requirement.
8. Prepare and share reports and other updates required by Head Office.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
2. Age Maximum 40 years old.
3. Required Skill(S) : Health And Safety Management.
4. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in HSE Management System in Coal Mining Industry.
5. Preferably Manager/Superintendent specializing in Engineering-Environmental/Health/Safet y.
6. Hold POP/POM certification is preferable.
7. Hold KI Umum certification and other certifications related to HSE
8. Able to work under high pressure.
9. Have leadership skill.
10. Have a good knowledge in safety regulation.
11. Strongleadership in manpower supervising, coaching, delegating, monitoring,
12. Having good communication and interpersonal skill.
13. Placement in Kalimantan
