Position: IGP Senior Coordinator Recruitment & Organization Development

Work Location: Jakarta, Bahodopi, Pomalaa

(National Vacancy)

Purpose of the Role

The incumbent will lead and provide professional and technical assistance on Recruitment and Organizational development activities, which include employee acquisition, employee development, performance management and succession planning in line with corporate strategies and directions.

Accountabilities

  1. Work with Director Corporate Affairs to ensure that development programs for both the organization and employees are available to support both Pomalaa/Bahodopi current and future JVCo goals and objectives
  2. Coordinate the socialization and implementation of performance management for all JVCONGP employees to ensure alignment with corporate directions to support overall business requirements.
  3. Coordinate the socialization and implementation of Career and Succession Plan which cover competency assessment, talent pool mapping and talent pool development in line with Corporate requirements and directions.
  4. Manage employee's movement (Recruitment/transfer/rotation/promotion etc.). Execute the plan as mutually agreed with Department Heads to help bring employees to their full potential.
  5. Work with Director Corporate Affairs who require HROD expertise to analyze their needs and give recommendations for improvements to meet organizational requirements.
  6. Improve existing Recruitment & Organization Development systems and procedures to ensure that they are requisite to support the implementation and control of established Human Resources policies.
  7. Lead and coordinate professional development program include supervisory and managerial development activities.
  8. Coordinate all Recruitment and OD functions such that line management sees this group as its business partner.
  9. Take a proactive role in bringing about change, challenge the status quo, critical Thinking, and analytical abilities to support decision making.

Technical Specialization

  1. Knowledge in Recruitment and Organization Development.
  2. Ability to develop recruitment programs that can support the project execution,

Requirements

  1. S1 degree majoring in any field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience working in Human Resources Department especially Recruitment & Organization Development.
  3. Strong Communication skill.
