Leadership Coaching Training & Value Creation; PT. Macmahon Indonesia

PT. Macmahon Indonesia is a multinational mining contractor company and has a combined mining experience of 50 years including projects throughout Indonesia. PT Macmahon Indonesia entered in to an Alliance with PT Amman Minerals in late 2017 and have performed Mine and Support services at the Batu Hijau operation since November 2017.

To further support the Batu Hijau operation, the Alliance is seeking motivated and high qualified candidates to join our team on FIFO roster.

Leadership Coaching Training & Value Creation

The position will responsible for Leadership and Coaching training for Frontline Supervisors across the site. This will be based on classroom and predominately in field coaching & mentoring conducted in an engaging and respectful manner.

This position will support the Manager of Value Creation for Business Improvement programs with the intent to have Value Creation at the core of the way we work every day

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Technical and / or Vocational Training & coaching experience within the Mining or similar industries.
• Experience in delivering of Leadership & Coaching training to all levels.
• Experience in conducting of infield coaching & mentoring to employees including conduct an assessment for the program being delivered.
• Experience in the delivery of training within Indonesia, including an understanding of Indonesian.
• Experience in involving any team for the business improvement activities.
• Fluency in English communication both written and spoken will be viewed favourably.
• TOT, POP, POM and Arbinger Institute skills will be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Trained Leaders comply with standards, work procedures and other procedures.
• Plan and deliver Leadership training and when needed coordinate and maintain partnerships with external Training Providers
• Provide coaching, mentoring, advise and any suggestion to all participants and pro-actively report back to Manager Value Creation and area Leaders while promoting Continuous Improvement across the site
• Liaise Leaders to ensure training actions are aligned to production targets and safety standards
• Lead and motivate participants to demand high standards of performance and achieve agreed targets
• Collect and record ideas or initiatives and Conduct internal evaluations using the value creation matrix and business improvement matrix
• Initiate the award nomination form according to the award matrix and lead the award process by announcing and celebrating success in the team. Support Capital request process as needed.
