HR Manager; PT Sejahtera Alam Energy (SAE)

PT Sejahtera Alam Energy (SAE) is one of Indonesia’s leading Geothermal Independent Power Producer companies.

SAE is a joint venture Indonesian project company owned by STEAG PE GmbH (Germany) and PT Nirwana Suci Abadi. The company is developing the “Baturraden” Geothermal Project in the Province of Central Java. The project area extends beyond the five regencies of Banyumas, Purbalingga, Tegal, Brebes and Pemalang.

HR Manager

About The HR ManagerRole

Manage HR Department to deliver a comprehensive HR services including employee administration, resource development (recruitment, training & career management), compensation benefit, employee relations, general affair in order to support achievement of strategic & operation target in long term and short-term period.

General HR Administration

Monitor & evaluate overall employee administration activities in order to maintain accountabilities and compliance with HR policy and procedure. The key activities including

  • Monitor employee personnel records/files updated in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring sickness, leave, absence, and legal administration complies with HR policy & procedure.
  • Provide monthly management report interpretation regarding the Company’s absence level

Resource Development

Plan & evaluate resource development activities & program and monitor its execution based on approved Man Power Planning in order to maintain level of resources availability & readiness for the operation. Key activities including

  • Monitor & evaluate recruitment activities to establish work structure and conduct interview on candidate selection process.
  • Provide advice and guideline to management regarding talent mapping
  • Monitor & evaluate execution of career planning program and monitoring level of employee satisfaction
  • Organize, develop & propose Man Power Planning

Compensation & Benefit

Monitor & evaluate execution of compensation & benefit activities & program in order to maintain accountability and compliance with HR Budget, Policy and Procedure. The key activities including

  • Maintain accountability of compensation & benefit program administration, implementation & realization
  • Monitor and evaluate employee satisfaction related to compensation & benefit program
  • Monitor local government regulation related to compensation & benefit program.

Employee Relationship

Plan, monitor and evaluate execution of employee relation activities & program in order to provide and maintain employee trust, disciplinary & healthy work environment. The key activities including

  • Maintain good communication channel between company and employee
  • Maintain communication relationship with local government (Disnaker)
  • Provide leadership in effective conflict resolution for all personnel and establish necessary disciplinary sanction if needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate exit interviews information and analyzing area of improvement in order to minimize employee turnover.

General Affair

Monitor and evaluate general affair activities in order to provide comprehensive services & support to office’s daily operation.

Learning and Development

To monitor competencies development of performance Organization Development team including their career planning.

Your professional profile includes :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • 3‐5 years’ experience in similar position, preferably with international organizations.
  • Experience supporting employee relations / people management activities and also exposed with union.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with mid‐level managers.
  • Good Project Management skills
  • Having knowledge of HR legal matters, details business understanding and commercial sense
