Plant Support & Facility Supervisor (Code: SFTL_Name)

Overview:

Regulate, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all facility / support and maintenance / repair equipment activities (generator sets, lighting plants, pumps, tools, welding machines and other facilities) on the project within the scope of supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment based on superior directives and the schedule / planning made by planners within the limits of the applicable budget, procedures and HSE standards to support the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTTR unit targets and support the smooth operation of mining.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Has experience minimum 3 years as maintenance mechanic of mining industry is preferred. Preferably as Supervisor / coordinator.
• Understanding mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure an regulation, specification of tools and unit.
• Understanding Heavy Equipment Management System.
• Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
• Skillful on Electrical Maintenance & Repair of Heavy Equipment in the mining industry, such as: Watering Pump, High Voltage Generator, Genset, Lighting Plant, and LV mining car .
• Understanding High Voltage Electric Equipment
• Has POP certificate.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk, Asam-Asam Site, South Kalimantan
• Full-Time position(s) available.

 

Auto Electrician Supervisor (Code: ETL_Name)

Job Description:

Organize, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all activities of the electric unit system repair and maintenance in the project within the scope of supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment in accordance with the procedures and HSE standards that apply within the specified budget limits to ensure the availability of safe electric support in support smooth operation in the project.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Has a minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic of Heavy Equipment
• Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation.
• Having skill of electrical maintenance & repair of mining heavy equipment.
• Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
• Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
• Has a POP certificate.
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.

 

Mid Term Planning Engineer (Code : MTE_Name)

Job Scope:

Prepare plans and design mid-term mine (1 to 3 years) based "Sequence", referring to the design and plan of medium and long term mine (Annual), in accordance with the technical mining operations which include the production plan and Estimation of equipment needs and anticipate the adjustment of design & planning in the field for Improve the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and Customer wishes

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineer.
• Have experience minimum 5 years in the same field.
• Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.
• Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

Short Term Planning Engineer (Code : STE_Name)

Job Scope:

Prepare plans and design short-term mine (daily to 8 weekly) based "Sequence", referring to the design and plan of medium and long term mine (Annual), in accordance with the technical mining operations which include the production plan and Estimation of equipment needs and anticipate the adjustment of design & planning in the field for Improve the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and Customer wishes

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineer.
• Have experience minimum 3 years in the same field.
• Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.
• Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

PLANT MAINTENANCE TRAINER (Code : PMT_Name)

Job Scope:

Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance dept targets.

Qualification:

• Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical.
• Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.
• Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.
• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.
• Have TOT certificate is a must.
• Have good communication
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area

 

MINE OPERATION TRAINER (Code : MOT_Name)

Job Scope:

Prepare material, create lesson plans, provide training, coaching and assessment to operators in mine operation on all aspects of heavy equipment operation in accordance with curriculum, competency standards, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to produce workers quality operators according to competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of mine operation dept targets.

Qualification:

• Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Mining / Electrical.
• Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.
• Has experience minimum 2 years as mine operation supervisor is preferred.
• Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.
• Have TOT certificate is a must.
• Have good communication
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area

 

Contract Mining Project

(Code : CMP)

Job Description

Drafting contract, review and control the implementation, advise and giving pre-warning for user in line with the contract, prepare and coordinate with Finance Division and Legal to ensure the availability of mutual agreement for both parties as well as ensure the billing and payment process has been done smoothly. This job will provide support to the Project Manager/Head Division in preparation and evaluation of issues relating to the strategic mining contract, develop an understanding of the contract to enable proper management of the financial interest of the Company, monitor and manage administrative of the contract; Minutes of Meeting and other correspondence with client and/or subcontractor/vendor.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Geologist) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Understand how to prepare progress claims, coordinate completion of variation and others contractual claims to the client, as specified in the contract.
• Willing to ensure all sub-contractor claims, variation and back charges are checked prior to approval and then coordinate with relevant Department to ensure yearly budget prepared properly (complete, accurate and align with company’s goals and conditions).
• Familiar with collect, manage, interpret and analysis of contract data. Conduct a verification /accuracy process of such data for identifying the problem and develops solutions to resolve problems and used this information to see the impact on the business profits and business operations.
• Knowing Business process, Legal & contract process, and Basic Finance Knowledge.
• Willing to be placed in all company’s sites.
