Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

EXTERNAL RELATION SITE MANAGER  (CODE : ERSM/XII/19)

Location : Toka Tindung

This senior management position shall be responsible to integrate various related departments namely government and permitting, public relation, legal, land management, Jakarta Office, and Manado Office administration. Integrating these groups into a coordinated and effective work unit requires clear definition on the objective, strategy and service level required for business performance. This position will manage and develop good relationship with all level of government, ensuring project running smoothly without interruption due to permitting, legal case and lack of goverment support.

Requirements :

1. Intermediate level of qualification in business, community relations and international relations;
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience at senior level in complex relations management including multinational and different cultural issues;
3. A minimum of 10 years of experience at senior level in personnel and asset protection;
4. Experienced in handling multi-function projects;
5. Active skill in the Indonesian language;
6. Having high motivation and communications skill;
7. Demonstrate good records in developing and managing relations with external stakeholder;
8. Expected skills, knowledge, training and experience;
9. S2 (advanced degree) in the relevant field;
10. Experienced in working with Indonesian senior government officials;
11.  Experienced in working with multi media and NGOs;
12. Able to demonstrate the safety & environmental.
