1. POSITION    : PRESERVATION TEAM LEADER

Department/Project       : COMMISSIONING / TEP ONSHORE

Work Location   : SITE LNG Papua

Education    : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences     : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status         : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  • Process equipment maintenance execution. Knowledge of maintenance activities for process equipment (including but not limited to rotating, static, instrumentation, electrical equipment) and relevant tools. Ability to execute maintenance during operations.
  • Project technical documents. Ability to read and interpret technical project documents such as isometrics, standards for supports, P&IDs, piping arrangements, plot plants, alignment sheet.
  • Maintenance Engineering. Perform inspectability & maintainability analysis, asset data gathering, build asset register and its related spares, build location hierarchy, perform risk and reliability analysis to support maintenance plans development, procedures and related work instructions ready for CMMS uploading, in conjunction with Vendor Recommendations.
  • Preventive and Predictive Maintenance engineering. Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (PdM) to predict when equipment failure might occur and to prevent the occurrence of the failure by performing appropriate maintenance.
  • Corrosion and protection. Knowledge of the principles of corrosion and corrosion control methodologies. Knowledge of the potential corrosion damage mechanisms affecting the materials used in the upstream and downstream Oil and Gas sectors when exposed to both the process (i.e. internal) and service (i.e. external) environments, including transient operations, e.g. installation, precommissioning, start-up and shut-down.
  • Flow assurance Engineering. Understanding and design knowledge of the issues linked to oil, gas or mixed phase transportation
  • HSE Work Practices. Knowledge of the main risks during the operation activities and safe working and environmental
  • protection procedures/practices & rules to be applied.
  • Project resource allocation and workload Management
  • Project materials post order management. Knowledge of supply chain process (engineering, purchasing, production and fabrications, assembling, packing, transportation, clearing through customs, preservation and installation).

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Preservation Team Leader assist Preservation Manager role and responsible as below and also as back to back
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the implementation of all preservation strategies
  • Act as key source of technical advise on preservation related issue and provide report to COMPANY
  • Promotes consistent approach of preservation management plan across EPC stages until handover to COMPANY
  • Facilities the key requirement of preservation technical practice compliance and consult with OEM preservation procedure as required
  • Ensure the preservative materials (consumables) and labors support are available to complete the scope of preservation work

 

2. POSITION    : INSTRUMENT COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR

Department/Project       : COMMISSIONING / MERAKES

Work Location   : Balikpapan / Offshore / Jakarta

  • Instrument, Control and Electrical

3. POSITION    : CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR

Department/Project       : TEP ONSHORE

Work Location   : SITE LNG Papua

Education    : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences     : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status         : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  • Experience in Brownfield construction
  • Ability to execute construction sequences planning, including the scheduling of the activities, in order to ensure the achievement of mechanical completion in respect of the schedule and the final handover
  • Knowledge of all the main international construction standards, codes and regulations. Ability to interpret them and to supervise their application
  • Ability to execute the staffing and the right sizing of the team, and to ensure consumables are provided as to grant continuity of activities and avoid any kind of downtime of the working crews
  • Knowledge of the concept of personnel rightsizing and the methodologies to estimate the needed number of resources and their skills in order to meet project milestones and targets
  • Understanding of how a project execution and construction plan in framed.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
  • Optimize the construction sequences operating directly on field, in order to meet the production needs in more efficient manners based on the progress of the work in the plant area
  • Manage multidisciplinary interfaces on field, preventing and resolving interferences and clashes
  • Support the mobilization and demobilization of the assigned resources, in accordance with the project planned time frame and project needs
  • Give technical support to project management to evaluate any variation requests in the assigned plant area
  • Ensure the achievement of the established construction milestones, including the mechanical completion objectives, in the assigned area
  • Support the management of the interfaces with the Client for all the matters relevant to construction activities
  • Support the management of interfaces with engineering departments for drawings and materials availability
  • Coordinate with Subcontractors for the preparation and verification of monthly work progress
  • Ensure the management of construction work-front to support Subcontractors and Direct Hiring manpower

 

4. POSITION    : METHODS ENGINEER

Department/Project       : OFENG

Work Location   : Karimun

Education    : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences     : More than 8 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status         : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  • Ability to read drawings and plan
  • Planning, use Critical Path Method / CPM
  • Knowledge of equipment (cranes, concrete form panels, etc.)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas sector

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Draw up a general Engineering schedule
  • Identify technical problems and make technical decision
  • Define material or services to be purchased
  • Approve all the technical designs
  • Prepare the fabrication plan and identifies the planning issues in term of field critical operations
  • Define the erection method / construction sequence / method statement / layout construction area for fabrication activities.
  • Prepare the method procedure and define the tools and equipment for Heavy land transportation activities by using the SPMT
  • Prepare the method procedure and define the tools and equipment for Heavy Lift, Roll-up activities
  • Prepare the method procedure and define the tools and equipment for Loadout of the module activities
  • Participate to prepare HSE plan, hazard identification and risk assessment for every critical operation like Heavy lifts, Roll-ups, Weighing and Load-out

 

5. POSITION    : PLANNING ENGINEER

Department/Project       : TEP ONSHORE or PICON Dept.

Work Location   : Site LNG Papua or Karimun

Education    : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences     : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status         : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  • Knowledge of applicable standards linked to the project planning processes
  • Capability to ensure planning, scheduling, development, execution, monitoring, controlling and implementation set-up for Progress Measurement System in accordance with the project complexity
  • Proficiency in PRIMAVERA P6
  • Able to work without supervision
  • Onshore project experience is a plus

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Ensure the implementation of the Planning and Progress Control System required by the contract complexity, riskiness and duration, in compliance with the Project Breakdown Structure, Company Standards and Contract specification
  • Prepare all the reference baseline documents, and ensure that the project s planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to those functionally responsible for executing the work
  • Issue all the relevant reporting
  • Issue the Planning & Scheduling Procedure, Progress Measurement Procedure and Risk Management Plan for the Project Control Manager verification
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Planning and Progress Control System, monitoring the progress measurement system and ensuring the proper information flow, progress status and completion forecast are assessed and reported for Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning phases
  • Update all Project Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating forecast dates and monitoring any progress and productivity deviation compared with the baseline schedule, including the corrective actions taken by the PM
  • Maintain records for all significant events, like contractual claims/obligations, productivity, deliverables, materials status, with extensive use of Company/Partner/Client IT systems and reports
  • Follow planning activities in onshore project

 

6. POSITION    : SITE QC E&I INSPECTOR

Department/Project       : TEP ONSHORE

Work Location   : Site LNG Papua

Education    : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences     : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status         : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  • Has COMPEX certificate
  • Experienced in QC E&I Inspection
  • Knowledge of main electrical concepts and terms including but not limited to current, voltage, resistance, power, charge and efficiency
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System fundamentals and ISO 9001 standard to approach correctly all quality matters and to manage improvement actions
  • Capability to control, calibrate and adjust tools, instruments and other measuring and testing devices used in activities affecting Quality
  • Capability to plan, execute, report inspection and test according to Quality Control Plan

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • QC surveillance
  • In accordance with the Quality Control Plan, execute the specific inspections on material, equipment and construction/installation activities on site, following relevant specified procedures, issuing the relevant Quality Records

  • Check inspection conformity with the Quality Control Plan/Inspection and Test Plan, issue the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections

 

7. POSITION    : HSE ENGINEER

Department/Project       : HSE / MERAKES

Work Location   : Balikpapan / Offshore / Jakarta

Education    : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences     : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status         : Temporary 6 months contract.

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  • To be experienced in Construction and Commissioning activities in brown life.
  • Certified for AK3 MIGAS/MENAKERTRANS
  • Has a knowledge of local HSE legislation and main important international standards on HSE Management System (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001)
  • Has a knowledge and experience of HSE monitoring and reporting system (HSE regular reports and incident notification reports), KPI and data analysis.
  • Has a knowledge and experience of audit techniques and capability to manage HSE (safety / environmental) audit in order to supervise the implementation of specific procedures on worksite. With external certification will preferable.
  • Has a knowledge of criteria, standards, main techniques and methodologies for hazards identification during work execution, occupational risk assessment and evaluation. Knowledge of related control measures including the hierarchy of controls, including Management of Change and SIMOPS.
  • Has knowledge and experience to follow contractual aspects related to subcontracted activities.
  • Capability to analyze engineering documents related to Construction and Commissioning activities.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Provide necessary support to ensure that all design and construction activities carried out are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements, Saipem HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001/ISO 45001).
  • Provide necessary support to ensure that Project HSE plan and procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life.
  • Performing HSE monitoring and reporting system (HSE regular reports and incident notification reports), KPI and data analysis.
  • Maintain, monitoring and follow up the Action Tracking Register (ATR).
  • Performing technical HSE Bidding Evaluation on Subcontractors and Vendors.
  • Assist the project engineering and construction team in the Risk Management Process.
  • Performing HSE Audit/Inspection based on schedule
