BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop new project to enhance operational efficiency in the company.
- Conducting study & analysis for the opening of new deposit both short or long term.
- Conducting study & analysis for the possibility of purchasing new projects.
- Project scheduling and project forecasting
- Project reporting, project evaluation, and project facilitating
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in mining industry (Coal process experience preferred)
- Located in Jakarta
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the safe delivery of all maintenance and renewal activities.
- Provide effective and efficient coordination of required resources to meet defined work schedules to support the operational process.
- Provide expert operational advise for strategic maintenance plan, annual maintenance plans, schedules and project submission including feedback on asset reliability.
- Achieve financial targets through effective management of costs, inventory, consumables, plant, equipment and other assets.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in mining industry (Coal process experience preferred)
- Willing to work with roster schedule and located in East Kalimantan.
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointment, board meeting, conferences, etc
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (letter, packages, etc)
- Make travel arrangement for executives
- Handle confidential document ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoice or financial statement and provide assistance in bookkeeping .
Job Requirements:
- Degree in business administration of relative field.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary in mining industry.

- Located in Jakarta
