Community Development Superintendent (Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara) 

Requirement : 

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Social Welfare/Sociology, CSR or equivalent 
2. Male, 35 - 45 years old 
3. At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
4. Having strong leadership and CSR Program Development 
5. Having working experience in CSR Consultant and Mining will be an advantage 
6. Excellent in CSR program development, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation 
7. Willing to be placed in Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara with roster system
