RIGGING SUPERVISOR

(Assignment: Papua Based)

Monitor and supervise site rigging activities to ensure rigging activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform to best possible quality of work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree with 4 years experiences in rigging/civil area
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill
  • Good communication in English
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
  • Having Rigging certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Construction Manager with the development of a work schedule including manage scaffolding materials, equipment, tools and manpower
  • Supervise Rigging/Scaffolding Foremen activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner
  • Develop JSA’s with effective hazard controls such that work progresses without incident
  • Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action
  • Lead site rigging/scaffolding teams in their work and manage them safely
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
  • Communicate and monitor safety procedures implementation in work environment and process in order to maintain safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations in this respect
  • Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process
  • Plan, schedule, execute and evaluate the day to day objectives based on planning.

 

CIVIL SUPERVISOR

(Assignment: Papua Based)

Monitor and supervise site civil and structural activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform against quality that optimises availability in order to support success of project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School with 5 years experiences in construction areas preferable in civil field.
  • Possess broad knowledge in Civil/Structural system especially in CULVERT WORK.
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices
  • Develop and follow JSA’s for all tasks
  • Assist Project Engineer with the development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the BMP short term detailed execution plans
  • Prepare and submit the regular report required by project to ensure report is submitted in timely manner
  • Supervising activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner
  • Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed
  • Monitor supervisor schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules
  • Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action
  • Develop and determine work procedure,  work load balance, and also coordinate work unit with other unit
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

EARTHWORK SUPERVISOR

(Assignment: Papua Based)

Monitor and supervise site Earthworks activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform to quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School with 7 years or Bachelor degree with 4 years experiences in civil field, especially in ROAD CONSTRUCTIONS or CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in leadership or supervisory role
  • Possess broad knowledge in Earthwork system
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill
  • Good communication in English
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices
  • Develop and follow JSA’s for all tasks
  • Assist Project Engineer with the development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short term detailed execution plans
  • Prepare and submit the regular report required by Project Controls to ensure report is submitted in timely manner
  • Supervise Foremen activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner
  • Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed
  • Monitor PM schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules
  • Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action
  • Diagnose failure symptoms and determine maintenance of Earthworks structures to effectively and efficiently rectify them
  • Develop and determine work procedure,  work load balance, and also coordinate work unit with other unit
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR

(Assignment: Papua Based)

Monitor and supervise site electrical activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform against quality that optimizes availability in order to support success of project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School degree
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as Electrical Supervisor
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill
  • Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, perform, and supervise electrical activities regarding construction drawing and technical specification, and also manpower planning, material supplied, and equipment availability
  • Monitor and control the implementation of Electrical plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the construction schedule through regular construction meetings
  • Understanding the basics of the project budget, monitor and control the Electrical budget to ensure that costs do not exceed budget
  • Initiates, develops and improve the implementation of construction methodology and equipment utilization to improve efficiency
  • Provide Superior with construction schedules, cost forecasts and progress statistics in order to updated current situation
  • Prepare and submit reporting required by Superior in a timely manner
  • Provide leadership and direction to all Electrical Operations Team including monitor their performance in order to maintain and enhance team performance
  • Communicate and Monitor safety procedures implementation in work environment and process in order to maintain safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations in this project.

 

HSE COORDINATOR

(Assignment: Papua Based)

Provide support to the business line or Project business operation with leading the process of  implementing HSE program from implement, execute, monitor and evaluate, the activities and provide corrective action required to achieve good HSE business process compliance with definitive performance target.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)/Vocational School (D4) Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Health and Safety major
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in HSE exposure in Mining/Engineering Construction industry
  • Good knowledge in basic maintenance operation of mobile equipment
  • Good leadership and communication/presentation skill
  • Good knowledge in government regulation related to HSE and business operation
  • Good knowledge of Accident Prevention, Fire Prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO (Plan Task Observation). HSE procedures, Hazob (Hazard Observation), Inspection, Emergency Response, Accident Investigation, and Audit process
  • Fair in English both verbal and written
  • Willing to work around the site project (relief).

Responsibilities:

  • Taking lead in execute the HSE key factors in project site
  • Maintain HSE performance of Target Zero injuries, and Zero harm to community and environment
  • Monitor the business process, and it’s been done with proper flow & procedure and complies with all HSE management system
  • Support the team to achieve individual goals in line with Petrosea Business plan
  • Provide advisory to HSE personnel
  • Active and efectively to organise of all HSE officers to perform job with highly achievement performance.

 

MECHANICAL/PIPING SUPERVISOR

(Assignment: Papua Based)

Monitor and supervise site mechanical activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform to quality of work is of a standard that optimizes availability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma degree with 5 years experiences in engineering area
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
  • Good analytical and supervisory skills
  • Good communication in English
  • Possess broad knowledge in mechanical system.

Responsibilities:

  • Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices
  • Develop and follow JSA’s for all tasks
  • Assist Civil Superintendent with the development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the MOS short term detailed execution plans
  • Prepare and submit the regular report required by project to ensure report is submitted in timely manner
  • Supervising activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner
  • Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed
  • Monitor supervisor schedule implementation to ensure all scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules
  • Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action
  • Develop and determine work procedure, work load balance, and also coordinate work unit with other unit
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

(Assignment: Papua Based)

Manages and ensure all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as a Quantity Surveyor or related with commercial/project cost controller/cost planner
  • Good knowledge of construction methods and materials take off
  • Good communication, negotiation, and QS breakdown structure
  • May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
  • Willing to be placed in all projects
  • Comparison Budget Quantity vs Actual

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting tender and contract development, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties (ex: architect, civil or client)
  • Identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks, performing risk, and value management
  • Undertaking Quantities analysis for project, repair and maintenance work
  • Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
  • Analyzing outcomes and create detailed progress reports
  • Forecast Quantities for time phase data
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
