1. HSE SUPERVISOR

(Code : HSETL_Name )

Job Scope:

Planning the implementation of the HSE system, control and manage operational HSE, meeting HSE, Inspection HSE, Plan observation task, traffic control & monitoring, incident report and investigation, care sign, review system, report, implementation system HSE, occupational health and safety, quality of human resources. Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day operation activities of Operators and Technicians and ensuring jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner by providing planning, direction and control of all field jobs.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Environmental Engineering / Public health/ Forestry/ industrial Engineering or Diploma from Environmental Engineering / Forestry/Industrial Engineering
• Have minimum 3 years experience in the same field from bachelor degree or with minimum 5 years from Diploma
• Minimum 25 years old, Maximum 40 years old
• Male or Female
• Having knowledge about business process, mining process, manage K3LH, HSE Procedur, HRD Procedur and regulation, couching and counselling, handling emergencies, handling and checking APAR, handling of fire, operation rescue tools, fire fighting, basic life support/first Aid, JSEA
• Have certificates of POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama), Training for Trainers, FINON, OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Willing to be placed at all company site

 

2. Metallurgist Specialist

(Code : MTS_Name)

Job Scope:

Metallurgists focus on the extraction of metals with chemical. responsible for shaping metal parts through methods such as casting, as well as joining metal parts by welding and soldering. Production process, soldering, welding, forging and casting metals to produce all kinds of quality products, from a car’s chassis to the tiny components of a power drill. Liaising with clients to determine and interpret design requirements, Providing technical advice about the suitability of metals for different purposes, Making recommendations and advising about product feasibility, Creating precise designs for components, Developing prototypes and innovative solutions to problems, Investigating corrosion and metal failure/fatigue, Liaising with and supervising engineering and technical staff, Ensuring adherence to manufacturing quality standards, Overseeing operational quality control processes, Using specialist computer applications, Carrying out laboratory based analysis of samples, Using both destructive and non-destructive techniques to test composition.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from Metallurgist technique.
• Has work experience min 3 years at gold or mineral field
• Has work experience min 3 years in same field
• Willing to be placed at all company site

 

3. Surveyor

(Code: SVY_ Name)

Job scope:

Coordinate, control and direct all survey activities, develop survey methods and use survey tools and coordinate with the MOD and HSE dept in order to ensure workplace safety conditions that include survey activities at the mine for mining operational needs including those related to engineering, environmental and construction in in order to support operational activities through the presentation of accurate, complete and timely data. Process, translate and update survey data to be used as maps / drawings of mines and infrastructure and make monthly progress survey calculations, according to joint survey results to support the accuracy & completeness of environmental, geology, mine plan, blasting and geotechnic data, and support the smooth operation of mining activities .

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree of Geodesy Engineering.
• Has work experience min 3 years at gold or mineral field or coal mining.
• Has work experience min 3 years in same field.
• Able to operate Total Station.
• Having knowledge about survey software and units.
