PT Graha Prima Energi (GPE)

PT Graha Prima Energi (GPE) is an Indonesian private company established on August 28, 2008. The group of companies began its presence in 1993 by handling a number of projects such as Construction, Land Clearing for oil palm plantations and industrial timber estates (HTI) and equipment leasing heavy equipment. The group from the company in 2005 continued to be involved in coal mining projects. GPE has handled various projects that are spread in Indonesia.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

Corporate Legal

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at leas Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
• At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have work exposure in Mining industry or equivalent.
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Have good legal business knowledge and familiar with laws and regulation related to the company’s business.
• Have experience in handling agreement, permit and legal matters.
• Work base in Jakarta

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for drafting and review corporate legal document
• Handle and prepare all documents to submit any permits related to the company
• Provide legal support and suggestion to the Project team
• Provide accurate and timely legal advices on land acquisition, environmental law, governance, among other issues.
• Administrate and liaise with legal firms or outside counsels as necessary to get appropriate legal assistance when needed.
• Participate on internal and external meetings with counter parties, government authorities, among other stakeholders
• Assist on draft contracts review and other legal documents on various matters, including, among others, support the Procurement Team, to ensure that the Company’s interests are safeguarded
