4. Minimum Working Experience : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
5. Duration Contract : 1 year/12 months
6. Work Location : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION;

1. Knowledge of electrical systems.
2. Capability to carry out electrical inspections and maintenance and analyze electrical breakdowns.
3. Knowledge and capability to perform troubleshooting with a systematic approach to problem solving to find correct issues in electrical system.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS ;

1. Supervise the execution of electrical works, both performed by subcontractors or with direct hiring.
2. Ensures that all activities within his/her Electrical Substation are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements.

 

2. COMM. AND MAINT. INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR

1. Requested Position/Job title: Comm. And Maint. Instrument Supervisor

3. Minimum Education Level Required : Diploma from related Technical Academy
4. Minimum Working Experience : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
5. Duration Contract : 1 year/12 months
6. Work Location : Papua

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Ensure safe commission, start-up and maintenance execution of Instrumentation and Control Systems, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international  std.
2. Set and promote Leadership in Safety attitudes.
3. Bring Leadership and supervision and provide support to team members in terms of technical and individual performance capability.
4. Be responsible for supporting the close out of any gaps in the competency standards for all team members.

 

3. OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL MATERIAL ENGINEER

1. Requested Position/Job title: OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL MATERIAL ENGINEER
2. Department/Project: Structural / Multi Project
3. Minimum Education Level Required : University Graduate from Technical Major
4. Minimum Working Experience : More than 3 years in similar position or similar field
5. Duration Contract : 1 year/12 months
6. Work Location : Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION;

• Basic knowledge of the principles of metallurgy and material science. Basic knowledge of main metallic (and non-metallic) materials used in the Oil and Gas sectors, their chemical, physical and mechanical properties, their applicability and limitations.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes of products used in the Oil and Gas sectors indifferent materials, such as: steel making, hot and cold forming, heat treatment, welding and finishing operations and their influence on final mechanical and corrosion resistance properties.
• Basic knowledge of materials suppliers in the Oil and Gas sectors, their capabilities and limitations. Ability to review suppliers’ offers, perform technical alignments and evaluations and participate to technical meetings. Knowledge of materials destructive and non-destructive test methods used during products manufacturing, their applicability and limitations.
• Knowledge of main applicable industry materials, international standards and codes (such as ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, DNVGL, etc.) and ability to analyze clients specifications and standards.
• Basic knowledge of coating engineering, corrosion and protection would be an added value.
• Basic knowledge of welding engineering and techniques would be an added value.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS ;

• Take in charge project specifications for structural materials.
• Prepare Material Requisitions based on Tekla 3D Model and other Material Take Offs and accounting for material utilization and contingencies for scraps.
• Perform technical evaluation of vendor offers.
• Prepare technical Queries and / or Deviation Requests for acceptance of alternatives materials.
• Evaluate and accept non-conformities issued by vendors.

 

4. EXPERT OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

1. Requested Position/Job title: EXPERT OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
2. Department/Project: Structural / Multi Project
3. Minimum Education Level Required : University Graduate from Technical Major
4. Minimum Working Experience : More than 6 years in similar position or similar field
5. Duration Contract : 1 year/12 months
6. Work Location : Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION;

• Basic knowledge of structural engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase. Capability to define technical documents set based on project quantities and scope of work. Capability to perform and coordinate project engineering documents productions activities and to check and review design documents, prepare either internally or by vendors.
• Capability to write comprehensive technical report with clear indication of basic data, assumptions, limitations, reference, tracing of calculation, summary and conclusion.
• Deep knowledge on using SACS software. Able to develop SACS model of all type of offshore structure including but not limited to geometry, boundary conditions, materials, marine growth and corrosion, added mass, loads (gravity, environmental, live loads, etc), and other offshore specific parameters.
• Basic knowledge of main international structural standards, codes, and regulations. Capability to analyze dedicated project requirements in term of local standards and codes and to identify proper implementation actions.
• Capability to predict and understand the static and dynamic behavior of complex steel structures typical of the offshore industry. Able to propose proper action or modification to the structure being analyzed in order to improve or optimize the structure.
• Basic knowledge of the key issues related to yard fabrication and erection activities, load out, sea transport and offshore installation of jackets, decks, modules and offshore buildings.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS ;

• Perform technical task assigned by the project structural lead, related with structural analyses, design verification, or study activities.
• Liaise with other Project Specialist and Designers whenever required for a proper completion of the work assigned.
• Design structural systems and components, pursuing objectives of sound engineering and design optimization in term of costs, fabrication simplicity, constructability and safety.
• Carry out/Check/Supervise structural analyses
• Supervise/Approve steel structures design drawings
• Supervise setting up of bill of quantities or material take off (MTO)
• Prepare when required, specifications for structural fabrications and all related items such as bearing systems, bolts, cladding, grating, etc.
• Verify structural strength or dynamic behavior of items designed by others (piping support Specialists, Vendors, technical building Supplier, etc.).
• Apply the Quality Control Procedure of the Offshore Structural Department during the work assigned.
• Implement field engineering activities.
• Write design report and calculation notes.

 

5. OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL DESIGNER

1. Requested Position/Job title: OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL DESIGNER
2. Department/Project: Structural / Multi Project
3. Minimum Education Level Required : Diploma from related Technical Academy
4. Minimum Working Experience : More than 6 years in similar position or similar field
5. Duration Contract : 3 - 6 months
6. Work Location : Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION;

• Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modeling activities and specific knowledge of drafting drawing techniques.
• Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes, and regulation.
• Knowledge of tools to prepare bill of material and/or material take off.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS ;

• Perform 2D drafting tasks and 3D TEKLA modeling tasks assigned by Offshore Structural Project Specialist Lead, Engineers and Designer Coordinator within schedule and with due respect to Quality requirements related with design, verification, testing or study activities.
• Prepare bill of materials and/or material take off based on data either from 2D drawings or extracted from 3D TEKLA model.
