The PSCs are spread from the western part (Krueng Mane, Aceh) to the eastern part (Arguni I, Papua Barat), and also from north border (Ambalat, northern Kalimantan) down to the south border (West Timor, Offshore Timor Sea, Nusa Tenggara Timur). We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

 

LOCAL CONTENT MONITORING SPECIALIST

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

• Perform post audit/progress monitoring local content achievement and its reporting as stipulated in the contract
• Develop local content strategy for maximization of project local content utilization
• To prepare report to stake holders
• To liaise with contractor, SKKMigas and Ditjen Migas
• To provide input to Procurement Specialist, Project Team and Contractor

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum bachelor degree, preferably from Engineering
• Required Experience: 5 years working experience in local content area, including calculate Self-Assessment and carry out local content verification
• Languages:  Indonesian (fluent), English (fluent)

Knowledge, Technical, and Professional Skills :

Familiar with Procurement business and specifically local content regulation such as:

1. PTK 007 Rev 0 – 4 and it’s amendment 
2. MEMR regulation no. 15, 2013
3. SK Ditjen Migas no. 181.k/10/DJM.S/2014
4. Ministry of Industry regulation no. 15/M-IND/PER/2/2011
5. Ministry of Industry regulation no. 16/M-IND/PER/2/2011

Working Conditions: 

Office and site visit as necessary

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

• Read the workplace safety and health poster at the job site
• Comply with all applicable safety standards
• Report hazardous conditions to the SEQ Department
