Training Assistant Manager

(Code : MCG – TR)

Job Description

• In this role you will be responsible for managing all training activities and specific duties will include but will not be limited to creating & implementing training strategy, management of training and managing training resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
• Min. 5 years of working experience as Training Superintendent in Mining industry, construction or other relevant company
• Having strong exposure in developing training database, and it’s implementation
• Be able to plan and implement competency based training and assessment in the workplace
• Hold certificate IV in training and Assessment from BNSP or relevant TOT certificates
• Excellent in English both oral and written
• Proficient in Ms. Office (word, excel, and power point)
• Be able to work at remote site
• Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta

 

Resource Estimation Geologist Manager

(Code : MCG - Geo)

Job Description

• To build a computer model of the geological interpretation, to contribute to the interpretation, estimate grades with geostatistical methods.
• Working closely with the exploration team and the geologist in charge of the resource definition drilling program.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Geology
• Min. 15 years of working experience as a principal geologist for mineral resource estimation
• Having experience in geological interpretations to build mineral resource model
• Having experience in porphyry copper gold and epithermal gold deposits
• Willing to be placed in head office, Jakarta

 

Commercial Manager

(Code: MCG - CM)

Job Description

• The commercial manager’s main roles include the financial management of projects, negotiating and agreeing contracts and verifying employee performance. They also need to have good risk management skills as well as financial reporting abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 year’s professional experience in the mining industry.
• Minimum 2 year’s professional experience as a Manager or Superintendent.
• Understanding of budget management
• Ability to communicate and interact with relevant stakeholders and staff.
• Knowledge of the tender preparation process
• Able to work to timescales and under pressurDemonstrate adaptability in work situation
• A thorough understanding of contract law.
• Possess an excellent understanding of commercial and financial matters
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous.
• Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
• Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
• Fluent in English

 

Senior Metallurgist

(Code: MCG – SMT )

Job Description

This position supports the mine, processing, administration, and exploration/geology departments by providing timely and accurate information. The Senior Metallurgist is responsible optimization and coordination of all metallurgical activities to ensure minerals are recovered in the safest and most cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• Demonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in ‘Safety Leadership’
• Open to new challenges and experiences
• Highly engaged, collaborative and committed to building mutually beneficial relationships across functional teams
• Degree qualified in Metallurgy, Chemical or Process Engineering
• Demonstrated background in continuous improvement
• Experience in similar position 1-3 years
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written in English and Mandarin
• High skill in Microsoft excel data processing is an asset
• Be able to work on shift roster (day and night)

 

Project Control Supervisor

(Code: MCG – PCS )

Job Description

This position role is to work closely with project managers to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Project Control related training.
• Min 5 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and project controlling preferably in Mining industry.
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous.
• Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
• Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
• Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia verbal and written.
