ENGINEER – DISPATCH

(Fixed Term Position)

Key elements of the position include:

• Perform root cause analysis of the operational KPIs to understand the problem and escalate issue to dispatch supervisor to change the strategy of truck distribution to optimize hang time and queue time of each fleet.
• Monitor dispatch operation in running the optimizer according to the protocol (set-up, running during the day, adjust changes in field dynamic optimizer).
• Ensure that the configuration setups are correct and that naming conventions for locations dumps, benches, shops, etc. adhere to the accepted standards.
• Conduct system and network fault analysis to determine the problem and communicate to Technician to speed up trouble shooting.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Mining Engineering, Geology, and IT with minimum 2 years’ experience in Fleet Management System (Modular, Jigsaw, Minestar)
• Thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities.
• Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
• Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both  bahasa Indonesia and English
