1. Position Title: Cost Engineer - Refinery

Jakarta 24 months

Balikpapan 24 months

5-6 days a week

No rotation

• 15 years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• Previously worked as Cost Engineer or Estimating Engineer in Refinery Project
• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

2. Position Title: Buyer

Local Jakarta; 12 months

No rotation

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business
• A good understanding of the business, ideally with a detailed knowledge of the commodity area.
• Experience in influencing change successfully
• Hands-on knowledge and usage of SAP and SRM tool is preferred
• Engineering, Sales, Procurement or other form of commercial experience would be very beneficial
• An understanding of the nature of the products/services within the portfolio as they are used in the company would be ideal

 

3. Position Title: Joiner Projects Control

Local Surabaya/Gresik - Smelting Project

No rotation

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5-10 years of work experience
• Knowledge of project Controls, budget forecasting, invoice review, documented quantity checks, and system controls
• Demonstrate technical competence through engineering and/or operations experience in at least one of the following work areas: Earthworks, structural works, Construction, procurement and fabrication
• Under general supervision, provides technical/analytical and functional support in the area of project management, project controls, and construction management processes for the Engineering & Construction department.
• Maintain detailed project cost reports for capital projects within the Project system(s). Facilitates forecast development and maintenance with key stakeholders including planning, engineering, procurement, and construction management.
• Performs other duties as required

 

4. Position Title: Assistant Manager Procurement Project Operation

Local Jakarta - Refinery - 40 months

No rotation

Reporting Line: Procurement Manager

The main job will be reviewing vendor qualifications. Manage the overall procurement activities in a project, including, purchasing, expediting, supplier surveillance and inspection, traffic and logistics, contract formation and administration. Must have: - Experience in progressively senior roles in managing a wide variety of procurement activities with minimum 10 years of experiences - Oil Gas Industry, Refinery / Petrochemical Project Experiences will be a plus

 

5. Position Title: Process Engineer - Refinery

Jakarta 18 months

5 days a week

No rotation

• 15 years applicable experience in the process of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• Previously worked as Process Engineer in Refinery Project
• Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

6. Position Title: Assistant QA/QC Manager

Local Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 36 Months

No rotation

• Bachelor degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrument Engineering.
• Has held the PMC position for the last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Has experience in HSSE management system.
• Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery ISBL Licensed and Non Licensed Unit.
• Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of Construction projects with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
• Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.
• Has a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill.
• Has ability in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality.

 

7. Position Title: Document Controller

Local Balikpapan 50 months

No rotation

Requirements:

• 5 years as Document Controller
• Engineering technical background
• Basic Construction Management
• Project administration

 

8. Position Title: Field Engineer – Senior Civil/Structural

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 30 Months

No rotation

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Structure Engineering
• Max. 55 (fifty five) years old.
• Min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• 7+ (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has a wide range of experience in the civil and structural fields supervisor construction including underground facility , sewers, concrete structure, steel structure, road and paving, pipe-racks and foundations .
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), Uniform Building Code (UBC), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
• Has a proven ability to perform Civil and Structure supervisory in Civil and Structure with a high level of quality.
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs structural design & analysis software for example SAP 2000, STAAD Pro or Etabs 2013 .
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.
• Has a good medical record
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

9. Position Title: Material Control

Cilegon 6 months renewal

No rotation

• Preferable local hire (Cilegon)
• Bachelor degree
• Experience in same role above 5 years
• Have significant technical knowledge acquired in the EPC industry and capable of effectively managing all technical material needs
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and process a high volume of work

Responsibilities:

• monitoring and tracking equipment and material deliveries on the CONTRACTOR procurement status report and highlighting any items with potential to impact construction schedules.
• expediting overdue material deliveries as appropriate.
• expediting the disposition of any damaged or rejected materials requiring replacement.
• processing field purchase orders as necessary
• interfacing with QC/QA TEAM in coordinating warehouse material receipt, off-loading, open box inspection requirements as necessary,
• ensuring all requirements necessary to comply with Indonesian regulations on delivery and release of material for installation or fabrication are fully complied with.

 

10. Position Title: Principal IT Pillar Specialist – SMART PLANT

Local Batam; permanent 6 months probation

-End to end project management who will be responsible for the administration, configuration, implementation and integration of Hexagon smart plant Configuration and related applications -Own end to end program execution including Scoping, functional requirements, project budget estimates, vendor selection, resource management, risk management and transition support team. A highly motivated and team oriented Smart Construction Administrator that will be responsible for the administration, configuration, implementation, and integration of Hexagon Smart Construction and related applications within the company in support of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Work Face Planning (WFP). The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Hexagon SmartPlant Foundation architecture and schema mapping. Experience in working in IT for Projects, Supply Chain, and Fabrication/Construction functions. Domain knowledge in wing to wing project management and Fabrication / Construction in Oil and gas / Engineering / Construction industry University Degree
