Wetar Copper Mining

PT Batutua Tembaga Raya and PT Batutua Kharisma Permai jointly operate the Wetar Copper Mining in Southwest Maluku. The Wetar copper Mining is an open pit mine that produces cathode copper LME grade from heap leaching followed by Solvent Extraction and Electro winning processing.

Sr. Resources Geologist

(code : BTR – SrRG)

Job Description

• build a framework or database system related to standard geological drilling, geological interpretation and present a drilling plan including an assessment of the resource model for mining sequence purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Geology
• Min. 7 years of working experience in the geological modeling problem
• Technical skill required : QAQC sampling, validation and verification data
• Familiar with geological modeling software : micromine or Surpac
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed at site Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya
• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

 

Warehouse Coordinator

(BTR – WCT)

Job Description

• To record and inventory goods existing/exiting/entering the warehouse or other storage areas in order to obtain data on the quantity of the company's stock.
• Ordering and controlling the availability of stock item to support operational needs
• Inventory Report.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree major in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, all major D3/SMK/SMA
• Min.3 years of working experience in the same position (S1), 5 years (D3), 10 years (SMK)
• Technical Skill required : warehouse management
• Excellent in ERP System
• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
• Willing to be placed at site, Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya

 

Paramedic

(code : BTR – PAR2)

Job Description

• Provide primary and emenergency services both in company clinics and outside the clinic (site) for employees, employees' families and communities around the mine area.

 Requirements

• Female, max 35 years old
•  Min. D3 major in health/nursing
• Have a nurse permit / nurse STR
• Min. 5 years of working experience in mining companies / oil&gas companies / Hospitals especially in the ER, ICU, Anesthesia
• Experienced in managing Medevac and can operate the equipment needed during medivac
• Experienced in handling emergency cases
• Knowing the management of infectious diseases and epidemics
• Able to operate sophisticated medical equipment such as ECG, Defibrillator
• Organize and participate in preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative health care
• Conduct health checks on prospective employees (MCU pre employment and annual)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
•  Certification : ACLS and BTCLS, ATLS/ATCN, Hiperkes
• Willing to be placed at site Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya
• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

 

Electrical Engineer

(Code : BTR –ELE)

Job Description

• Supports, coordinates, and ensure the completion of site based electrical engineering projects and operational requests. Exercise technical authority for the design, planning, organizing, integration and completion of assigned engineering word plans.
• Equipment modifications, minor construction projects, instrumental modifications and provide engineering or technical support as required for operational departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree major in electrical engineering
• Min. 5 years of working experience in a similar position and industry
• Technical skill required : computer assisted drafting (AutoCAD), demonstrated execution  of engineering projects from start to finish, demonstrated experience creating work products for design, inspection, and testing activities, and knowledge of power systems
• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
• Willing to be placed at site, Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya

 

Petty Cash Officer

(code : BTR – PET)

Job Description

• Assist the project Cost Control Superintendent to develop and manage the petty cash functions and reporting for the project.
• Assist the project Cost Control Superintendent in managing the cash and implement the best systems and procedures to ensure quality and accurate control to the cash money itself.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Management
• Min. 3 years of working experience in Cash and Accounting Management Roles
• Mastering the concepts of petty cash management
• Familiar with ERP system
• Able to operate Ms. Office especially the excel program
• Willing to be placed at site Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya
• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

 

Travel Supervisor

(Code : BTR – TRS)

Job Description

• Assist the Sr. Supervisor Camp Admin & Travel or Superintendent to develop and manage the travel arrangement functions well.
• Managing the Travel arrangement aspect for all project operations in BTR/BKP and implement the best systems and procedures to ensure quality and accurate arrangement for the travel itself.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in all major
• Min. 2 years of working experience in the same position
• Having knowledge and the concepts of Travel Arrangement and Client Service
• Work with system, especially the Travel Request Online System
• Willing to be placed at site Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya
• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
