Senior Mining Engineer

Job Description
- Ensure that mining operations are carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner
- Conduct feasibility studies and environmental assessments, weighing up the commercial advantages and evaluating any issues relating to sustainability
- Manage all of the technical planning activities, using complex computer software to model mine sites, and planning everything which is vital to the construction of a mine
- Oversee the construction process and manage the technical aspects of production once mine is operational
Qualification
- Graduated from reputable university, majoring in Engineering with excellent academic credentials
- Min 15 years of experience and skilled in life of mining like pit optimization, pit design, production scheduling, cost estimates with excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills
- Experience in reporting ore reserves
- Computer programming in any language highly regarded
- Knowledge of statistics
- Ideal background would include time in corporate technical services
- Previous roles at operating mine essential
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
Superintendent Mobile Equipment
(Code: SptME – MMS )
Job Description
- Prepare and maintain specifications for all mobile equipment including factory and non-factory options
- Develop and maintain all mobile equipment procedures including work and safety procedures
- Ensure consistency of procedures across all sites
- Develop and maintain number of spare components (PEX, Reman, retables) required to support all fleets at all mines
- Develop and maintain repair procedures for all components including parts list, quality control, and testing
- Identify opportunities for reducing costs including increasing component life, reducing component costs including non-OEM parts or alternative repairers.
Qualification
- Graduated from reputable university, majoring in Engineering with excellent academic credentials
- Min.15 years of experience in mobile equipment or as superintendent Mobile Equipment
- Having experience with Caterpillar Equipment experience is more preferable
- Fluent in English both written and conversation
- Ability to meet demanding deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Some travel expected
- Good leadership interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
Superintendent Media Communication Affairs
(Code: SptMCA – BSI)
Job Description
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relations with key non-governmental organisations, civil society groups, Member of Parliaments, academia, and other influential groups in building alliances in promoting the Company’s social programs, commitments and positive impacts surrounding its operations.
- Develop concepts, strategy, and supervise the development of company reporting as part the Company’s compliance towards international and national standards for sustainable and good corporate governance indicators. Company reports include contribution to Annual Reports and Sustainability Report in accordance with GRI standards.
- Engage with local and regional media in promoting company’s positive image through strategic publications and documentation and update local issues and report to Management that may have impact in sustaining company operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree major in political & social sciences, journalism, communications, public policy and management
- Good English proficiency including written and spoken
- Good writing skills particularly journalism and reporting
- Having min. 10 years of experience (5 years of experience in the field of research and development, 5 years of experience in managing events and promotions )
- Strong leaderships and managerial skills
- Good inter-personal skills and able to workout with a dynamic teams
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong discipline particularly on time deliverables in meeting deadlines
- Able to work in sensitive environments
- Good safety records
- Willing to be placed at Site, Banyuwangi
- Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on ; 2 weeks off
