PROJECT ENGINEER
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum S1 in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience as process engineer, works for oil & gas or petrochemical, handling projects, design engineering, operation engineering, Reliability, Maintenance and Design untuk Rotating Equipment : Turbine, Pump.
- Having proficiency in process engineering software (HYSYS and PIPEPHASE)
- The candidate shall have broad knowledge on multi disciplines engineering, internationally recognized codes & standards for engineering & construction, and work planning & scheduling.
- The candidate shall have high skills on facilitation & coordination.M3
SCOPE OF WORK
- Providing support to operation and other team as required.
- Ensure completeness of critical data required prior to commencement of engineering activities as requested by Company.
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of engineering project and ensure the assigned and approved resources are working as per planned schedule, cost and productivity.
- Facilitate internal communication among engineering discipline resources to ensure good alignment during the execution of Services.
- Ensure all systems, processes and procedures in Contractor’s engineering execution plan are consistently and well implemented to achieve the completion of Services on budget and schedule.
- Act as Contractor’s single point of contact (SPOC) for any correspondence with Company during the execution of Services.

OPERATION ENGINEER
QUALIFICATION
- Education Background: Electronic / Instrumentation / Control / Physics Engineering S1
- minimum with 5 years working experiences as Instrumentation/Control engineering.
- Good knowledge on HMI Software, field instrumentations, such as: RTD, Thermocouples, Pressure Transmitter, etc., ¬
- Familiar with control logic drawing such as ladder diagram and Experience in turbine control system is preferable

CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum education is a bachelor degree (S1) in civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, industry, physics, metallurgy, or petroleum engineering with minimum 10 years or
- diploma (D3) for civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, industry, physics, metallurgy, or petroleum engineering with 12 years working experience in construction planning, execution and supervision and engineering & construction project with
- minimum 8 years of which working as Construction Engineer and Construction Supervisor in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Serve as SME (subject matter expert) on construction aspects including but not limited to constructability reviews, review and analyze drawing, procedure, work sequence stages, material and tool need, in every Construction Contractor’s work order contained in CEP document.
- Provide technical consultation for the Facility construction and engineering as well to get an efficient project execution
- Work closely with Company’s representative and other Contractor’s function related to engineering, procurement, construction and QA/QC
- Develop and implement construction monitoring plan
- Report to and assist Construction Supervision Superintendent and/or Construction Management Area Manager in assessment and technical consultation for the construction execution by Construction Contractor

LOGISTICAL
- Willing to travel to field operations in Sumatra

COMPUTER SKILL

- Collaborate with FE Process Safety to Assist Operation Team to develop writing High Quality Operating Procedures: accurate, comply with industrial and safety standard, and following human performance principle to avoid human error
- Collaborate with Training Department and Subject Matter Expert to develop writing Onboarding Training Modules
- Collaborate with FE and O&M to develop writing technical documentation (procedures, guidelines, etc)

DATA MANAGEMENT - CPM
QUALIFICATION
- Preferable Engineering Graduate from D3 with minimum 5 years experiences or S1 with minimum 2 years experiences.

- Willing to work in Minas or Duri Circumstance.
- Competent in using Microsoft Project.
- Familiar with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Having high exposure in field area – oil gas industry (experienced in Chevron area is advantages).
SCOPE OF WORK
- Manage land documents properly and confidentially into the system to support CPM Project purpose.
- Coordinate with other Land Team members related update spatial and textual land related database, CALMIS, CLEAR, SONAR and others related.
- Assist for Survey and Inventory activity.

DATA MANAGEMENT - FORESTRY
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor education and/or equivalent experience from reputable university with Forestry or Engineering or Social Major. Graduated from Forestry is preferable.
- GPA min 3.0.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience on field exposure (upstream area) in conducting forestry boundary reconstruction and replanting project, Field survey and QA/QC.
- Sufficient technical skill in GIS analytical technique, tools and methods, able to process aerial photo, satellite imagery and LIDAR.
- Have experience on land survey with Total Station will be an advantage.
- Preferably have a GPS Geodetic processing knowledge.
- Good communication skill and relationship manner with GOI.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Assist CPI's contractor in conducting boundary reconstruction within determined area (CPI Operation Area).
- Collaborate with CPI Employee to provide the valid and comprehensive land data and others related to support forestry and national strategic projects.
- Assist CPI employee in accompanying Government to conduct field data verification and measurement.
- Manage the Project Land Data (copy, scan, review and keep).

QUALIFICATION

- Works effectively in team, able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

QUALIFICATION
- S1 Engineering with 5 years of experience. Preferable in Oil & Gas (Upstream or Downstream)

- Solid software application skills such as MSOffice (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Ms Project

- Forecast the requirements of resources and budget from LRPS

QUALIFICATION
- Minimum S1 degree or equivalent in any major, magister level will be an advantage

- Coordinate soil sampling crews to support HIS Construction activities
- Schedule soil sampling to all excavated grids
- Review sampling results to check cleanliness requirement
- Work with EPSS/Surgical Excavation Supervision Contractors to identify grids required soil sampling
- Collect data on backfill thickness per grid
- Identify grids under stockpiles for excavation purpose
- Support document prparation for DLH clenliness verification and SSPLT visit activities

PdM Specialist
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), preferable from Mechanical Engineering background.
- Certified minimum vibration level 2 and skillful for analyzing therma cam data acquisition and tribology.
- Min 5 year’s experience working in the same position in oil and gas/petrochemical industry and has in depth experience related to Turbo Machinery Equipment (Turbine engine)
SCOPE OF WORK
- Monitors and analyzing vibration level for all rotating machineries including turbine engine, maintain vibration standard and provide recommendation for corrective action in complete report.
- Provides consultation service to field Operation and Maintenance team to clarify problem in case of vibration and machine condition.
- Monitors PdM performance of all inspected equipment and programs and make improvement as required.
- Develops inspection program with PdM methodology.
- Able to review and recommend new technology to improve monitoring efficiency/accuracy.
- Looking and develop “Best Practice” for inspection.
- Reliability Plan: Prepares and reviews PdM program with TL. Maintenance and Operation team to support the reliability program.
- Training/Mentoring:
- Conducts local/inhouse training of inspection program for technicians. Share new PdM technology.
- Reliability Incident Investigation : Familiar with RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

QUALIFICATION
- D3 or S1, Having at least 5-year experience in supervising field construction work for oil and gas with understanding of safety requirements and hands-on experience in the associated field safe work implementation and construction work quality management.

SCOPE OF WORK
- Manage construction resource and supervise field construction work and the associated safety and quality management which includes permitting process, verification of daily safeguards verification to start the work, field safe work implementation during the work execution and construction work process to ensure quality.
