Position : GM Sales and Marketing

Job Location : Semarang

Working experience : 10 Years in Area of marketing cement product

Skills : Good knowledge of marketing strategy for cement industry especially in Central Java region, including market potential, distribution channel , user profiles (retail and projects), packaging, pricing, product knowledge, logistic / transportation means.

Detail main job responsibilities :

The candidate will be required to formulate a good marketing strategy for selling cement mainly in Central Java Region, for a new cement, with a good and sustainable program

 

Position : CSR Manager

Job Location : Semarang  - Site

REQUIREMENTS :

Working Experience  : Minimun 10 Years in Area of CSR and Community Development

Skills   : Knowledge and understanding of community, social issues and security operational.

Experience with leadership of multi disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and  building cohesive team function.

Education  : Bachelor Degree

Other Qualification : Preferable with mining experience

Having skills in Management Proficiency, Surveilance, Analysing Information, Informing Others, Staffing, Coordination, Tracking Budget Expenses, Handles  Pressure, Reporting, Scheduling, and Dealing with Complexity.

Act honestly and with integrity all times.

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop all company plan and strategy in building up relations and develop programs, indentifying community skills,  issues and needs.
  • Manage technical reviews to identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Making sure that good understanding and mutual relationship with community well maintain to support all of the opportunity activity.
  • Lead, organize and provide direction for employee to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and the business results.
  • Assist to monitor and review the development programs for the department personnel.
  • Identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness and efficiency.

 

Purchasing Manager

Manage all aspects of purchasing to efficiently and cost-effectively support organizational operations.

Job Location : Semarang

Experience :

10 years in Area of Purchasing Manager (purchasing & procurement)

  • working knowledge of all laws and regulations relating to procurement and contracts
  • knowledge of purchasing and supply chain systems, LEAN principles of planning and MRP/ERP systems often required

Education

  • Bachelor degree in business, materials management, operations management, engineering or related field
  • high competency level in MS Office applications

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • establish and implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices
  • monitor ongoing compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
  • direct procurement policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints
  • identify and source new suppliers and vendors
  • manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability
  • develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • establish and update an approved vendor/supplier database
  • develop, negotiate and administer purchasing agreements and contracts with suppliers in support of organizational requirements
  • evaluate contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies
  • monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements
  • measure and manage the vendor and supplier cost, quality and delivery performance
  • oversee supplier compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations
  • troubleshoot cost, quality and delivery concerns
  • manage risk relating to quality, cost, delivery and supply of purchases
  • introduce performance improvement measures for suppliers and vendors
  • work with relevant departments to manage inventory requirements
  • facilitate timely placement of purchase orders
  • review purchase orders for proper authorization and compliance with organizational policy and procedures
  • develop and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts
  • monitor and reduce purchase variances to meet profit objectives
  • produce regular reports on purchase commitments, costs and delivery performance
  • oversee the operations and daily activities of the purchasing department
  • performance manage, develop and motivate purchasing staff
  • direct continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changing organizational needs and market conditions
  • More preferable knowledge of project management principles and practices
