Bulldozer Operator (Code : BDO)

Assignment: Aceh (Meulaboh)

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Able to operate Bulldozer DGR/ D8R
• Responsible to maintain the equipment
• Conduct and ensure the implementation of P2H (Equipment Checking)

Requirements :

• Male
• Max. 36 Years old.
• Minimum Senior High School any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in Mining Coal .
• Having Active license “SIM B2 Umum”
• Have DGR/ D8R Certification is an Advantage.
• No Color Blind/ Partial
• Preferably Domiciled in Aceh
• Willing to be placed in Aceh (Meulaboh).
• Willing to work with a roster system.

 

Motor Grader Operator (Code : MGO)

Assignment: Aceh (Meulaboh)

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Able to operate Motor Grader 120 K/ 14 M
• Responsible to maintain the equipment
• Conduct and ensure the implementation of P2H (Equipment Checking)

Requirements :

• Male
• Max. 38 Years old.
• Minimum Senior High School any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in Mining Coal .
• Having Active license “SIM B2 Umum”
• Have Motor Grader 120 K/ 14 M Certification is an Advantage.
• No Color Blind/ Partial
• Preferably Domiciled in Aceh
• Willing to be placed in Aceh (Meulaboh).
• Willing to work with a roster system.

 

HRGA Officer (Code : HRO)

Assignment: Aceh (Meulaboh)

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Conduct Payroll Activities for site project. (Responsible to calculate Salary, Tax, Overtime and allowance) 
• Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.
• Conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities for local employees in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations.
• Conduct People Development program and become the centre point of Training & Development activity.
• Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare workforce permits and other obligations regarding human resources by liaising with the local Department of Labor.
• Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
• Coordinate site office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure site office is well maintained.
• Coordinate site office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.
• Control the availability of the transportation, accommodation, meals of all employees on site area to meet the availability of facilities for the employees.

• Max. 35 Years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in similar position.
• Good communication, leadership & managerial skills and has to be passionate in human resources.
• Willing to be placed in Aceh (Meulaboh).

Foreman Production (Code : FPO)

Assignment: Site Project

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Take the necessary action for deviation problem in production activity (According to the target).
• Providing information to supervisor about the production result in working area and giving the suggestions about the excavations plan and also responsible for the shape of the pit (road forms and pit dewatering management).
• Control attendance list of operating personnel in the working area.
• Responsible to inform about the lack of between personnel number and unit (heavy equipment) in the working area.
• Responsible to lead directly about the technique of operating heavy equipment correctly and safe.
• Responsible to reporting of heavy equipment that needed repairs and spare part replacement. 

Requirements :

• Male/ Female.
• Max. 35 Years old.
• Minimum Senior High School any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in similar position.
• Required Competencies: Able to operate heavy equipment and Understanding with open mining operation.
• Have BMO (Basic Mining Operation) and POP Certification is an Advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Aceh (Meulaboh).
• Willing to work with a roster system.

 

Foreman Tire (Code : FTR)

Assignment: Aceh (Meulaboh)

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Responsible to make analyze to determine the level of tire damage.
• Responsible to carrying out the assessment of tire damage and decide the repair process as needed.
• Responsible to Control the tire repair process and to ensure the process according to procedures.
• Competent in using the tire handler.
• Responsible to review the recording tire usage. 

Requirements :

• Male
• Max. 35 Years old.
• Minimum Senior High School any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in similar position..
• Willing to be placed in Aceh (Meulaboh).
• Willing to work with a roster system.
• Have “SIO alat angkut” is an advantage.
• Have POP Certification  is an Advantage

 

Warehouse & Inventory Officer (Code : WIO)

Assignment: Aceh (Meulaboh)

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Coordinate to review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions
• Maintain and update inventory records
• Coordinate in preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Reconcile and update processing warehouse stock products
• Report any stock issues.
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high
• Conduct Stock Opname

Requirements :

• Male/ Female
• Max. 35 Years old.
• Minimum Diploma Degree any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in Similar Position .
• Proficient in calculation.
• Willing to be placed in Aceh (Meulaboh).
• Willing to work with a roster system.

 

Sr. Geologist

Assignment: Head Office (Jakarta)

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Responsible to identify & evaluate (due diligent) the project prospect to ensure the business development
• Responsible to create & make planning exploration budget (Mapping geology, Drilling)
• Perform exploration control (Geological mapping, Drilling and Modeling Integrated data, log data, core analysis, geo mapping data & Topography)
• Coordinate every geological work and ensure every work is in accordance with the specified exploration SOP.
• Understand and master related about evaluation about mining mineral resources and reserves (KCMI/ JORC)
• Conduct/ evaluate geological modeling updates (pit, field mapping, drill hole data) and coordinate with mine plan for the development of mining planning.
• Communicating with other parties, related to exploration work.

Requirements :

• Male/ Female
• Max. 45 Years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology.
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in Similar Position .
• Have a POP Certification is an advantage
• Have a Strong Technical and analytical skill in exploration
• Have a skill in geology/ mining software (Minescape/ Minex/ Surpac/ Geology/ Mining Software)
• Innovate and creative mind with a focus on implementation and process improvement.
• Proficient in calculation.

 

HSE Officer (Code : HSO)

Assignment: Aceh (Meulaboh)

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Compile work plan, review hazard identification in work locations and make programs related to safety campaign.
• Conduct inspections of each Section/ Department to ensure the K3LH is carried out.
• Ensure K3LH coordination between departments goes according to the company target.
• Monitoring the implementation of standard operational procedure in every activity in Company area.
• Prepared HSE performance report periodically.

Requirements :

• Male.
• Min. Diploma in Any Major.
• Min. 2 years of experience in similar position.
• Max. 35 Years Old.
• Have “Petugas P3K Certification/ Hiperkes / BTCLS”  is an Advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Aceh (Meulaboh).
• Willing to work with a roster system.
