1. PART DEPT HEAD

   • Min. Diploma (03), Bachelor Degree Qualification will be Prior
   • Max. Age 35
   • Having Experrence at Heavy Equipment indusines with minimum of 5 years Sales Expenence.
   • Have a good Connection and Relation to mining, agricultural and construction Company
   • Good Communication Skill both in English and Bahasa.
   • Good Analytical Thinking, self-assured and persuasive, able to work independently and capable of settings priorities
   • Have A service-minded and problem solving attitude
   • Develop strategies to maximise company's revenue potential and grow market share.
   • Works with management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market
   • To oversee and manage marketing and sales staff to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved.
   • Maintain and promote a team work environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workets.
   • Works with sales staff to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy.
