1. Position Title: Risk Analyst

Jakarta, 18 months

• At least a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Has experience 5 (five) years’ experience as Process Risk Engineer in offsite, utilities and offshore facilities in refinery
• Has minimum 7 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Working with the PMC, CONTRACTOR and COMPANY Risk Managers to establish an effective network and profile for Project risk management activities.
• Prepare a risk management plan together with related procedures, practices, register and reporting formats, etc.
• Organize and carry out initial risk assessment workshops to identify, analyze and evaluate initial Project risks and risk treatment/mitigation measures and actions
• Work with PMC Project Controls personnel to identify schedule sensitivities and critical path activities that could cause potential major impact to Project progress, and reporting these to PMC, CONTRACTOR and PERTAMINA senior management teams for focused attention on these areas.
• Maintain a rolling program of risk assessments at regular intervals throughout the Project lifecycle to update old and identify new risks.
• Formal analysis of key Project risks to consider the potential impact on Project cost and schedule and report to PMC, CONTRACTOR and PERTAMINA senior management teams.
• Identify positive Project improvement opportunities by analysis of the Project critical path/s, value engineering proposals, etc.
• Identify areas of concern with respect to Project progress, recommend corrective actions wherever required and implement these when directed by PERTAMINA.
• Participate in Project progress meetings and value engineering and improvement workshops.
• Update and prepare risk management procedures and work practices, as appropriate.
• Provide notification of any potential commercial threat or opportunity to the Project to PMC Risk Manager and PMC Project Manager for further action.

 

2. Position Title: Process Engineer ISBL

Jakarta 18 months

• Experienced in Process Engineering for Amine, Sat Gas, SWS, Caustic
• Experienced as Senior Process Engineer in main unit in refinery (especially RFCC Plant, hydrotreating, alkylation, isomerization, reforming, hydrogen plant, hydrocracking plant, SRU)
• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering
• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing.
• Has minimum 5 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards (API, ANSI, ISA, ASME.
• Has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Process systems and Specification. in gas processing plants and utility facilities
• Has a proven ability to perform Process engineering include study, calculation in Mechanical System with a high level of quality.
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (process simulation i.e HYSYS/Pro I I/Flare Net, design engineering software, etc.)
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has a good medical record
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English

 

3. Position Title: Field Engineer Tanks/Stationary Equip

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 31 Months

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• < 55 (fifty five) years old.
• Min. Has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Has experience as Mechanical field supervisor especially for Major Mechanical Equipment such as steam Boiler, sphere tank, process vessels and others Mechanical equipment for Process and Utilities plant.
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards
• Has a proven ability to perform fields supervisory for Mechanical equipment installation and testing with a high level of quality.
• Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs.
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed construction in mechanical activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has a good medical record.
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

4. Position Title: Cost Estimator

Balikpapan 50 months

• 5+ years’ Experience as Cost Estimator
• Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
• Min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• 7+ (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases
• be able to create estimating data bases from bids
• has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on construction projects.
• Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.
• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

5. Position Title: Change Management Officer

Jakarta 13 Months

• 7+ years of working experience in Review of bidding/construction/ contract documents,
• Project programming to ascertain the project scope of work, Project value engineering, Project cost estimating, QS for Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Civil, Variation Order.
• Integration of scope changes and What-If Scenarios to identify potential savings and or recovery to schedule durations and costs.
• Develop and update Project Schedule using Primavera P6.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
• Min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• 5+ (five) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
• Has been an officer responsible for risk management on similar projects.
• Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
• Capable to identify and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan manage anticipated resistance
• Capable to track and report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Construction activities in accordance with schedule requirements
• Has a good medical record
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English

 

6. Position Title: Field Engineer – Senior Civil/Structural

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 30 Months

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Structure Engineering
• Max. 55 (fifty five) years old.
• Min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• 7+ (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has a wide range of experience in the civil and structural fields supervisor construction including underground facility , sewers, concrete structure, steel structure, road and paving, pipe-racks and foundations .
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), Uniform Building Code (UBC), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
• Has a proven ability to perform Civil and Structure supervisory in Civil and Structure with a high level of quality.
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs structural design & analysis software for example SAP 2000, STAAD Pro or Etabs 2013 .
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.
• Has a good medical record
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

7. Position Title: Assistant QA/QC Manager – Lawe-Lawe

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 36 Months

• Bachelor degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrument Engineering.
• Has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• 5+ (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience in HSSE management system.
• Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery ISBL Licensed and Non Licensed Unit.
• Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of Construction projects with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
• Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.
• Has a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill.
• Has ability to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has ability in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality.
• Excellent knowledge about Indonesian’s Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.
• Has a good medical record.
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

8. Position Title: Field Engineer – Tank Engineer

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 27 months

• Has experience as Senior Mechanical Tank Engineer especially for large storage tanks
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• 7+ (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has Experience in design and engineering for a variety of tank types and sizes
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Welding Society (AWS), Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers' Association (TEMA), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM)
• It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for tanks in refinery, gas processing plants and utility facilities
• Has a proven ability to perform Mechanical / Tank equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet with a high level of quality.
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest mechanical design software.
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has a good medical record
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English

 

9. Position Title: Project Surveyor Engineer

Jakarta and Balikpapan 12 months

Support Technical Safety Policy through creating a safe working environment for all activities under control or influence, Compliant with Site Safety Rules and applicable processes and procedures, Demonstrate initiative and leadership in HSES and Quality issues, Ability to constantly achieve results within defined timescales, Manage survey subcontractors operations.                                                                                                                                   

Provide survey operations support and technical expertise as required during any subcontractor tender review process, Provide assistance and guidance during the procedure writing process, including review of survey subcontractor procedures, Participation and review of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments where required, Participation in Survey Operations undesired event investigations and implementation of corrective and preventative actions where required, Support the Project through liaison with clients and Survey Subcontractors in respect of survey and positioning related issues, Liaise with both Project and Survey Subcontractors on the procurement /hire of suitable survey related equipment, Provide survey assurance for Subsea operations through participation in the Operations review process

• Min Bachelor Degree of Ocean Engineering or related.
• 5+ years working experience in same position.
• Substantial experience of the execution of survey operations offshore and subsea construction operations in particular
• Pre-engineering survey and analysis
• Spool piece metrology methods
• Pipeline installation survey operations (Rigid and Flexible)
• Seabed structure installation survey operations
• Knowledge of dimensional control survey
• Experience of onshore project management of survey operations
• Knowledge/understanding of Technip specific operations and assets
• Understanding of data management methods and inspection operations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

 

10. Position Title: Senior Officer HSSE Risk Management

Jakarta 24 months

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental field.
• Max. 55 (fifty five) years old.
• Has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• 7+ (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience as HSSE Officer in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
• Has Experience in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site on HSSE Issues _in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
• Has Experience in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures
• Has experience in HSSE management system
• Has experience (certified) in developing of the following HSSE Methodologies and procedure in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater: HAZID (Hazard Identification) study, HAZOP (Hazards & Operability) study, Fire Risk Analysis / Explosion Analysis, SIL (Safety Integrity Level) Study, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Has experience in performing QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment) and Project QA Audit in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs.
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements
• Has a good medical record
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English
