OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ODP)

ODP is one-year entry-level development program which is designed to develop recent university graduates to start their career as an officer who will contribute to the Company in various job functions with the required knowledge, skill, and attitude. Our ODP consists of classroom training, on-the-job training, and project assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree (S1) or master degree (S2) from reputable university, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Law, Communication, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Industrial) with minimum GPA 3.3 (out of 4.0)
2. Proficient in English
3. Maximum age is 27 years
