PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO (Timas) – is Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) company which has attained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, for the scope of Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Project Management.

PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO established since 1992 with supported professional experts and able resources. Our existence and achievement over the past 20 years has enriched us with the experience, knowledge, and the capability to overcome any challenge, obstacles and barriers in many EPCI oil and gas (offshore and onshore) projects.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

OFFSHORE DIVISION

1. Subcontractor Specialist

2. Junior Subcontractor

 

1. Subcontractor Specialist – Offshore Division

Minimum Requirement:

1. Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in any Major
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas subcontractor division or logistics preferably in EPC environment
3. Well versed and experience in Indonesian and International logistics regulations, documentation and formalities, custom clearance, Import/export and Masterlist
4. Exposure to and understanding of local (Indonesia) and International transport and shipping network.
5. Preferably has wide experience in Marine Operations.
6. Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
7. Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft programs;
8. Honest, trustworthy and a strong commitment and loyalty in an employment
9. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship management skill
10. Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
11. Preferably domicile in Jakarta

 

2. Junior  Subcontractor or Subcontractor Admin. – Offshore Division

Minimum Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in any Major
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas subcontractor division or logistics preferably in EPC environment
• Well versed and experience in Indonesian and International logistics regulations, documentation and formalities, custom clearance, Import/export and Masterlist
• Willing to learn and perform IPA (Invoice Payment System)
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft programs;
• Honest, trustworthy and a strong commitment and loyalty in an employment
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship management skill
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
• Preferably domicile in Jakarta
