To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the company is seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of:

 

Manager Corporate Communication

(Code : MCG - MCC)

This position has to deal with external public relations at the corporate level by increasing brand exposure through industry editors, media personnel, and journalists. These professionals develop deep relationships with key players to maximize quality and frequency of exposure. Corporate Communications executives also deal with the internal public relations to increase brand awareness, help create integrated brands and generate budgets.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree major in law, communication or related field
• Min 10 years of experience in the samae position
• Preferably has experience in Mining industry
• Familiar with mining issue, manpower regulation, industrial relation dispute, corporate secretary, corporate communication, developing policy and procedures
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous
• Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills
• Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative
• Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta

 

Superintendent Community Affairs

(Code: MCG – SCA )

• Plan, communicate, build, and maintain relationship with community, mainly at operations level.
• Monitor, document, and renew information regards to dynamics of politics, social, economy, cultural, security and order; within national to local level.
• Evaluate the relationship with community and execution of community development and empowerment programs.
• Measure, report, and document (internal) the performance of community relations and execution of community development and empowerment programs.
• Plan and conduct the community development and empowerment programs, project and activities.
• Document and renew the documents of community development and empowerment programs, project, and activities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree major in social science, economic, sociology, law and related field study
• Understanding on mining plant and process
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position
• Capable in dealing with social conflict and conflict resolution in mining industry
• Has a good record in community development in mining industry
• Has a good understanding of social modify behaviour, social mapping and capacity building.
• Social mapping, need assessment, Community Development, Community Relation
• Willing to be placed at Site, Wetar Island
• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on ; 2 weeks off

 

Superintendent Media Communication Affairs

(Code: MCG – SCA )

• Develop and maintain stakeholder relations with key non-governmental organisations, civil society groups, Member of Parliaments, academia, and other influential groups in building alliances in promoting the Company’s social programs, commitments and positive impacts surrounding its operations.
• Develop concepts, strategy, and supervise the development of company reporting as part the Company’s compliance towards international and national standards for sustainable and good corporate governance indicators. Company reports include contribution to Annual Reports and Sustainability Report in accordance with GRI standards.
• Engage with local and regional media in promoting company’s positive image through strategic publications and documentation and update local issues and report to Management that may have impact in sustaining company operations.  

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree major in political & social sciences, journalism, communications, public policy and management
• Good English proficiency including written and spoken
• Good writing skills particularly journalism and reporting
• Having min. 10 years of experience (5 years of experience in the field of research and development, 5 years of experience in managing events and promotions )
• Strong leaderships and managerial skills
• Good inter-personal skills and able to workout with a dynamic teams
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong discipline particularly on time deliverables in meeting deadlines
• Able to work in sensitive environments 
• Good safety records
• Willing to be placed at Site, Banyuwangi
• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on ; 2 weeks off

 

Inventory Controller Supervisor

(Code BTR – IC)

• Create new items based on Application New Stock Item from users and determine their categories
• Monitor store requisitions/supervise inventory administration to ensure that all outgoing goods comply with the prevailing policies
• Carry out an investigation if a stock item does not exist on site or if a wrong stock item exists on site
• Maintain the condition of the warehouse (temperature, spatial layout/placement, etc)
• Ensure all warehouse activity arranged in line with government regulation and safety management plan

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree major in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, all majors for D3/SMK/SMA
• Min. 3 years of experience (S1), 5 years (D3), and 10 years (SMK/SMA)
• Technical skills required : Inventory, warehouse and material management
• Excellent in ERP system
• Excellent MS. Office
• Willing to work with roster system : 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
• Willing to be placed at site, Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya

 

Warehouse Coordinator

(BTR – WCT)

• To record and inventory goods existing/exiting/entering the warehouse or other storage areas in order to obtain data on the quantity of the company's stock
• Ordering and controlling the availability of stock item to support operational needs
• Inventory Report

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree major in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, all major D3/SMK/SMA
• Min.3 years of experience in the same position (S1), 5 years (D3), 10 years (SMK)
• Technical Skill required : warehouse management
• Excellent in ERP System
• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
• Willing to be placed at site, Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya
