We are open position, such as:

 

1. Plant Maintenance Manager

(Code : PMM_Name)

Job Scope:

Planning strategies, controlling, evaluating and carrying out corrective actions for all planning activities, developing system maintenance and repair of units / equipment, all maintenance and repair activities, and reviewing maintenance costs in the project in order to ensure the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTTR units as needed mining operations, HSE standards and procedures that apply within the specified budget constraints.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer with min 10 years of experience in mining industry.
• Has minimum 5 years in supervisory level.
• Have POP certificate is a must.
• Understand Mining Process.
• Have ability to work with deadline, visionary, and have good communication.
• Understand Maintenance KPI (PA / MA, MTBF, MTTR, Pareto Analysis).
• Understand Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management & Maintenance Process.
• Understand Performance Improvement Program related to vendor management.
• Understand Failure Analysis.
• Understand the process of making SOP, SWI, Standard Form (PM Service Sheet, etc.) & Familiar with one sheet report.
• Able to justify Internal Plant Hire Rate (IPHR).
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

2. Drill & Blast Team Leader

(Code : DBTL_Name)

Job Scope:

Manage, supervise and verbally and in writing all the drilling & blasting activities in the project from preparation to execution in the field based on drill and blast design & planning prepared by the engineer in order to support the smoothness of drilling & blasting work in accordance with the design, applicable HSE standards and budget constraints that have been determined.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Mining / Geology Engineering.
• Have experience minimum 3 years as mining engineer.
• Knowing about Mining Process, Blasting with efficient and safely, and HSE Procedure.
• Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.
• Have POP and KJL certificate is must.
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).
