A group of Coal and Gold Mining Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in East and Central Kalimantan. Currently, looking for candidates for several position with the following requirements:

 

1. Project Engineer  (Site)

Reporting to : Site Manager

Requirements :

• Working experience 5 Years in area of civil, structural, Road & Bridge, Building, Mine Insfrastructure
• Skills : Supervision, monitoring, controlling,  reporting and Project Management
• Education : S1 ( Max) – Civil Engineering

Main responsibilities :

• Assist site manager to manage project start from design, procurement, construction & Commisioning stage
• Prepare work resources according to the given schedule Setting work sequences in the field includes speeding up workflows, studies and standardizing procedures to improve work efficiency and effectiveness. Describe daily work schedules and hand over assignments to the right individuals and coordinate them with Team/ Contractor. Check work for accuracy, neatness and conformity with design and procedures

 

2. Quality  Engineer (Site)

Reporting to : Civil  Manager

Requirement :

• Working Experience : Min 5 Years in area of earthworks / road construction / Bridge / Building / Mine Insfrastructure
• Skills : Quality Management
• Education : D3/S1 Civil Engineering, Geologi Engineering S-1

Main responsibilities :

• Responsible to develop Quality Management System for Construction Development
• Performing technical aspects in engineering design includes monitoring / supervision for project civil - earthworks and road construction.
• Make DED, BOQ, Work schedule & as build drawing.
• Review of work methods made by the act
• Check & monitor all setting out, leveling and surveying in the field
• Ensure all materials and implementation of work in accordance with the design, standards & specifications.
• Make periodic reports on the progress of design work and their realization of the design.

 

3. Accounting Supervisor (HO)

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Participate in regular tax audits and payroll
• Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
• Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets
• Ensure compliance with the law

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years in area of Finance & Accounting
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Having skill in computer operations.
• Having skill in ERP Literated.
• Jakarta based.
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
• Experience with accounting software
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team management skills
• Ability to prioritize work
• Jakarta based.

 

4. Internal Audit Supervisor  (HO)

Main Responsibilities:

• Correcting/auditing SOP and financial on the company.
• Reporting results.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years in area of audit.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Having skill in computer operations.
• Having skill in auditing SOP, financial and audit operation.
• Jakarta based.

 

5. GM CSR, Security & GA   (HO)

Main Responsibilities :

• GM CSR, Security & GA will develop all company plan and execute strategy in building up relations and develop programs, indentifying community skills, issues and needs.
• To identify areas for potential improvement.
• Making sure that good understanding and mutual relationship with community well maintain to support all of the opportunity activity.
• Lead, organize and provide direction for the team to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and the business results.

Job Requirements:

• Minimun 15 Years in Area of CSR, Security & GA.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Preferable with mining experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of community, social issues and security operational.
• Experience with leadership of multi disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and building cohesive team function.
• Having skills in Management Proficiency, Surveilance, Analysing Information, Informing Others, Staffing, Coordination, Tracking Budget Expenses, Handles Pressure, Reporting, Scheduling, and Dealing with Complexity.
• Act honestly and with integrity all times.
• Based in HO Jakarta.

 

6. Sr. Manager CSR   (Site)

Main Responsibilities :

• Sr. Manager CSR will develop all company plan and strategy in building up relations and develop programs, identifying community issues and needs.
• Manage technical reviews to identify areas for potential improvement such as in Rencana Induk, Social Mapping, Rencana Tahunan as required by Law
• Prepare CSR report
• Making sure that good understanding and mutual relationship with community are well maintain all the time
• Managing media
• Lead, organize and provide direction for field team CSR to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and the business results.
• Assist to monitor and review the development programs of all mining site .
• Identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimun 10 Years in Area of CSR.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Preferable with mining experience.
• Understanding of conflict resolution.
• Knowledge and understanding of community and social issues.
• Experience with leadership of multi disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and building cohesive team function.
• Having skills in Management Proficiency, Surveilance, Analysing Information, Informing Others, Staffing, Coordination, Tracking Budget Expenses, Handles Pressure, Reporting, Scheduling, and Dealing with Complexity.
• Act honestly and with integrity all times.
• Based in Site.

 

7. Production Manager (Site )

Responsible:

• Supervise and start all mining activities, such as mining & production planning.
• Be thorough in mine planning, monitoring mining implementation and evaluating target achievement.
• Control and support the activities of all contractors.
• Control mining operations in accordance with specifications, budget, and time.
• Oversee the implementation of development programs in the field.
• Mastering project management, fuel usage optimization ratio, staffing, efficiency of heavy equipment usage, cost analysis, profit / loss, planning & scheduling, and project administration.

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 47 years.
• Minimum S1 Engineering in Mining Engineering / Geological Engineering.
• Have work experience in the mine.
• Minimum 12 years experience in the field.
• Graduated and certified POP, POM.
• Have knowledge of software.
• Have a good organizational attitude and problem solving skills.
• Have a good leadership and adaptability, and good communication skills.
• Work hard, have a leadership spirit, be responsible and be able to work with a team.
• Willing to be placed in the Site Mining Job Project
