For the position of:

Job Title   : Electrical Technician

Department    : ECI

Direct Report    : Electrical Supervisor

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) or Diploma (D-3) majoring in Electrical engineering (High Voltage) from reputable university.
2. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in electrical maintenance department in the field of thermal power plant or relevant industry.
3. Age less than 35 years old.
4. Broad experience and proven maintenance skill of high voltage, medium voltage, low voltage electrical apparatus such as power transformer, generator, GCB, protection relay, switchgear MV motors, battery system and UPS system, VFD.
5. Computer literate for basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word), knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) would be advantageous.
6. Have experience with electrical instrument testing (CB analyzer, relay secondary injector and etc.). 
7. Have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.

Job Responsibilities :

• Electrical Technician Turbine – BOP: to perform regular predictive, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance related electrical part in turbine, generator and BOP (water treatment, chlorination, hydrogen plant) area and reported to electrical Turbine – BOP supervisor.
• Electrical Technician Boiler – CHP: to perform regular predictive, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance related electrical part in boiler – coal handling area (conveyor, stacker reclaimer, ship unloader) and reported to electrical Boiler-CHP supervisor.
• To identify defect part and repair, to communicate problem and underlying causes of defect identified to superior.
• Monitoring and supervision of third-party contractor activities as regular (fire system, HVAC, Crane, and Elevator) and as required during outages and exceptional maintenance activities.
