- Understand heavy equipment operating procedures and mechanical processes.

3. Inspector – Supervisor Level
- Primary responsibilities Daily Condition Inspection & Report
- 10 to 15 years experience in fixed or mobile plant.
- Apprentice training with Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
- Understand heavy equipment operating procedures and mechanical processes.
- Leadership, Communication, Coaching, and Training skills. Effective team player.
- Placement: East Kalimantan.
4. Electrical Engineer – Supervisor Level
- 10 to 15 years fixed plant experience.
- High Voltage Engineer familiar with international standards experience in Fixed Plants.
- Primary responsibilities include Electrical standards compliance.
- Placement: East Kalimantan.
5. Civil Engineer – Superintendent Level
- 10-15 years experience, civil engineering background in with mining, earthworks.
- Primary responsibilities include Contract, Planning & Process compliance.
- Leadership, Communication, Coaching, and Training skills. Effective team player.
- POP certification is a plus.
- Placement: Maluku.
6. Finance and Support Officer
- 10 to 15 years experience with civil engineering background.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Financial reporting management.
- In depth understanding of banking transactions, cash flow control and petty cash
- Primary responsibilities include assisting with Financial, Administration and Commercial management of the project.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and use data to predict future financial requirements on site.
- Prepare and execute cash flow plan to meet the Company’s business requirements
- Develop good working relationships with organizations such as local banking partners or organizations for the benefit of the company.
- Manage and control Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (A/P & A/R)

- Responsible for developing and managing training programs for operators and mechanics including technical training as well as developing operator soft skills.
- 10 to 15 years experience with civil engineering/ mining background.
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operating procedures and mechanical processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of technical, operational and administrative policies and procedures of Health and Safety Implementation.

- Certified Trainer
- Occupational Health Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple roles. Must possess a positive attitude with proactive, results-oriented focus; and be willing and capable to assume additional responsibilities.

8. Operations Supervisor
Responsible to support and assist Site Management to manage, supervise and coordinate all operational activities, while maintaining a place of work that is safe and free from risks to health and environment.
Primary responsibility roads, clearing.
Requirements:
- SMU/ STM/ SMK Mining (Pertambangan)
- 10 to 15 years experience in quarry and mining operations.
- POP certification is a plus.
- Leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Able to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Placement: Maluku
9. Mechanic (Electrician, Welder, Tyreman)
- Responsible for managing all maintenance activities including electrical, instrumentation, mechanical for all machinery and heavy equipment at project sites.
- Minimum STM (High School) in machinery/ heavy engineering or equivalent
- Min. 5 years experience as mechanic/ leading hand with mining projects (Plant Dep't)
- Proficiency in heavy equipment maintenance
- Good understanding of maintenance procedures & mechanical processes
- Leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Effective team player
- Preferred location of residence: Maluku

10. Operator (Dozer, Excavator, Motor Grader, Tractor 90/hp)
Requirements:
- Responsible for general earthmoving and site preparation.
Qualifications:
- Senior high school/ technical high school (SMA/STM). Automotive or mining equivalent.
- Min 2 years experience as excavator operator,Dozer,Motor Grader & Tractor 90/HP
- Preferred location of residence: Maluku
- Good communication skills.
- Have valid SIM B2 Umum
- Placement: Maluku
