Staff – IT QA/Documentation
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical and recommendation for personnel performing software development tasks, process QA and QC including reviewing and testing of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards to ensure quality of work.
- To prepare and review current documentation against process / workflow or feature updates and to identify gaps where existing documentation requires revision.
- To provide documentation for all application in the Company, including log of documentation updates and to perform regular updates to specified documents as per requirements and content change.
- To work directly with users and analyst programmer to establish technical documentation needs.
- To ensure usability of documentation by collecting feedbacks regarding usability and readability of documentation and to revise materials when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in IT, Computer Science and Information System.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in relevant industry.
- Excellent software programming skills in documentation and programming tools
- Proficient in Ms SQL Server Query and data analysis, Net VB, C, ASP, J Query and Java Script.
- Good knowledge of analytical business and workflow process
- Good knowledge of Dashboard Design (QlikView) and Workflow Sharepoint (Nintex)
- Excellent communication skills (especially written)
SPECIALIST – LEGAL
Responsibilities:
- To manage all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes, including preparing letter of demand and/or lawsuit.
- To be responsible for the data management of all company licenses and doing necessary update based on the prevailing regulations.
- To be responsible for corporate legal matters including the preparation, drafting, review, revision and negotiation of any company’s agreement/contract/MOU both in English and Bahasa Indonesia, including verification on legal supporting documents.
- To draft and issue legal documents, such as POA, statement letter and other legally required documents.
- To maintain a good relationship with external parties, including lawyer, public notary and regulators.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in law firm or Mining company with responsibility to handle litigation & licenses matters.
- The person should have an attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and ability to meet the deadline
- Good teamwork, initiative, have a good communication skill
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken
- Has good knowledge of legal aspects
Gm - Environmental Health & Safety
Responsibilities:
- To formulate, review & revise the Company Mining Environmental & Safety (Lingkungan & Keselamatan Pertambangan / LKP) Policy and Manual.
- To ensure compliance with LKP regulations and to monitor the implementation of LKP System & Program and internal / external systems, and to report the audit results to Top Management.
- To facilitate the preparation of Internal EHS System, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001, SMKP, ICMC Compliance & Audit and EHS Awards / Recognition.
- To develop and monitor EHS activities for both Head Office and Sites in order to further develop EHS knowledge, skills and consistent application by site team and EHS Staff across organizations.
- To manage EHS support to site management team to effectively identify EHS Risks and appropriate control strategies in order to consistently manage EHS risks across the business and reduce related incidents.
- To manage and communicate key EHS related messages in order to improve EHS knowledge & share learning’s across the organizations.
- To ensure that mine rehabilitation, watershed rehabilitation (for IPPKH holders) is scheduled and carried out in accordance with prevailing the requirements / regulations.
- To formulate an appropriate Mine Closure Plan (RPT) and Mine Rehabilitation Plan (RR) and its Annual Work Plan and to ensure both are implemented accordingly.
- To be responsible for technical implementation of national and international level environmental projects including: Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA/AMDAL), environmental monitoring studies and environmental due diligence studies.
- To ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SMKP and ICMC as well as Government related Environmental Monitoring is carried out and properly recorded.
- To effectively manage and work with regulatory authorities (e.g. Industrial EHS Departments, Regional & Local Legislative & Governing authorities & inspectors), Local emergency services& technical service providers, Suppliers & contractors and OHS Certification bodies.
- To provide advice to Top Management regarding EHS as well as Best Mining Practices in general.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder, preferably Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent (Master degree is preferred).
- More than 16 year experience in EHS implementation at operational & corporate level in Mining Industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge on ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SMKP and ICMI and its implementation at an operational level.
- Must have a good understanding and attitude towards effective and practical safety and environmental practices that are primarily aimed at protecting our people and environment.
- Experience in leading and delivering EHS related mentoring, training & awareness programs, performing OHS audits & inspections, leading incident investigations, analysis & reporting processes, handling emergency response planning & management and providing management with regular feedback on EHS matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).
