What will you do?

In this position you will join our resources business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of resources projects. The team is primarily responsible tor the provision of design and design managemen services required to support the planning, scoping, estimating and delivery of a wade range of project types from inception to implementation.

• Contibute to the strategic direction to achieve revenve and margin
• Interact with internal and external chents al a senior level and be forming relationships with those clients to provide further opportunities for growth within that client
• Lead the Bulk Material Handling team and provide the activities to improve the capabikty of the team
• May also be taking on functional roles within Aurecon

We know today's comptex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geagraphies and markets.

About you

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Senior manager that is often managing a vanety of divergent activides/teams (25 to 50 employees) and managing fees in the order of $4.5 - $6 million.
• Hold an engineering degree (preferably mechanical engineering) acceptable to a recognised and relevant professional body
• Have at least 15+ years of experience in project delivery prior to attaining this level
• Having a wide range of network in mining and material handling related industry
• A strong background in the design of bulk material handling systems
• Strong technical leadership and team leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• A desire to maintain and grow our cliem experience standards
• Comfort and a willingness to grow the technical capability of career professionals
