Adaro MetCoal (AMC), a subsidiary of Adaro Group of Companies, a leading group of coal mining companies in Indonesia, is looking for some qualified personnel to be based at our site in Central Kalimantan as:

PORT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS

(2 positions)

Qualifications:

• S1 in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering;
• Solid background in ELECTRICAL / INSTRUMENTATION:
• ≥ 3-year experience as Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor/ Mid Level of Maintenance Staff (preferably in coal / mineral mining industry):
• ≥ 3-year experience in Fixed Plant Maintenance in a mining / processing industry;
• English Proficiency & good interpersonal skills;
• Familiarity with all required site statutory competencies as referencedin the site
• Health & Safety Management System and / or AMC Policy:
• Knowledge of Maintenance Contract Administration;
• Knowledge of fixed plant utilized for bulk materials handling & familiarity with port business process;
• Knowledge of hazard identification & risk assessment within a workplace;
• POP Certification.

Work Challenges:

• Remote working area, difficult logistics;
• Extreme weather condition on site:
• Sourcing of fully trained labor which may be difficult initially.
