Rigging Supervisor

1. Supervise Rigging activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and effective manner.
2. Lead Rigger to supervise the day-to-day activities and operations of the rigging work as well as the day to day activities based on planning Ability to plan workshop production activities.
3. Coordinating and scheduling all labor and equipment required for incoming rigging events. Schedule and coordinate the movement of all equipment and personnel required to facilitate the safe and successful!

Requirements:

1. Minimum Senior High Schoo!
2. At least 5 years experience in a fabrication workshop as Rigging Supervisor
3. Strong Leadership: This will have included motivating and inspiring teams, helping individuals grow and improve, and taking care of all other team-related responsibilities.
4. Familiarand hold one of S10: Mobile /Overhead Crane, Forklift and Advance Rigging Certificate is a must
5. Excellent communication and writing skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
6. Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words & MS Excel
7. Highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill
8. Applicable for Indonesian citizens only.
