Supportive Solutions Administrative Consultancies

We are currently looking to hire 300 Technicians for one of the biggest smelter company in United Arab Emirates. Candidates with from smelters (Aluminum, Steel, Copper ) , metals refineries, processing plants , Onshore Oil & Gas ( only Onshore not Offshore) and other refining heavy industry plants (but not power plants) are welcome to apply.

1. Smelter Electrical Technician

   • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
   • 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in smelter environment or heavy industry (as detailed above)
   • Speaking Good English
   • Troubleshooting, breakdown and preventive maintenance experience in VFD, Switchgear, UPS, Transformers, EOT Cranes and Belt Conveyors
   • Ability to read and understand electrical circuit & drawings/manuals/instructions

2. Smelter Mechanical Technician

   • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
   • 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in smelter environment or heavy industry (as detailed above)
   • Speaking Good English
   • Troubleshooting, breakdown and preventive maintenance experience in pumps, compressors, gearbox, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

3. Smelter Instrumentation Technician

   • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
   • 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in smelter environment or heavy industry (as detailed above)
   • Speaking Good English
   • Exposure to installation, troubleshooting & Instrument Calibration
   • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings (P&IDs)/manuals/instructions
   • Knowledgeable in the maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC Control systems
