POSITIONS

 

A. Turbine Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate shall possess minimum 15 years experiences in related field with minimum 8 years in coal fired steam power plant project.
2. Candidate shall be adequately qualified and possess experiences in project development, power plant project management, power plant design & engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning of coal-fired steam power plant equipment especially CFB Boiler technology.
3. Candidate shall have strong understanding in quality assurance and quality control of power plant construction project including welding standards, procedures, qualification and non-destructive examinations
4. Excellent company and personnel experiences in technical specification of main power generation, and transmission line system (must be in coal-fired steam power plants and overhead transmission line of 150 kV).
5. Candidate are expected to work closely with the Owner’s team and to create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing/transfer to the team. Personnel will work under the instruction of Owner’s Project Director / Construction Manager.
6. English language proficiency (both reading and writing) including technical / engineering terms.
7. Willing to work in remote area in Kalimantan Tengah with rotation schedule.

B. Project Accountant

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate shall possess minimum 3 years related experiences in general industry.
2. Experience in project accounting in similar industry.
3. Use of the accounting packages such as Oracle, Hyperion, SAP or JD Edwards or similar system advantageous.  In particular, a high-level of understanding of the features of the Project module within a fully integrated accounting system.
4. CPA or CA qualification preferred.
5. Sound project accounting knowledge, including Project Reporting, Accruals, Revenue Recognition, Work-in-progress, Billing and understanding the key functional impacts.
6. System knowledge of GBS (Oracle), detailed Excel and key functional impacts.
7. Ability to interpret and apply relevant accounting standards, corporate directives and contractual commercial terms.
8. Ability to identify the key revenue and cost drivers of the business to understand and evaluate the nature and financial effects of the business activities.
9. Proficient use of the most common Microsoft applications including intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel to download and analyze data (pivot tables etc).
10. Excellent problem solving and analysis skills with a high degree of analytical rigor.
11. 1 Superior account reconciliation skills.
12. 1 Able to verbal and written communication in English.

C. Contract Manager

D. Contract Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate shall possess minimum 20 years experiences in related field with minimum 10 years experiences in Petrochemical/Infrastructure/Power Plant/Oil & Gas industry (Positions C).
2. Candidate shall possess minimum 10 years experiences in related field with minimum 5 years experiences in Petrochemical/Infrastructure/Power Plant/Oil & Gas industry (Positions D)
3. Candidate shall be adequately qualified and possess experiences in engineering or contractor company.
4. Substantial technical and practical experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
5. Experience leading and managing teams in the relevant discipline.
6. Must have experience working with Windows based systems such as MS Office.
7. Highly effective people management skills such as leadership, team, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills. Must be able to build, motivate, develop and manage an effective team
8. Able to verbal and written communication in English

H. Mechanical & Electrical Field Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate shall possess minimum 15 years experiences in related field with minimum 5 years experiences in Petrochemical/Infrastructure/Power Plant/Oil & Gas industry.
2. Candidate shall be adequately qualified and possess experiences in engineering or contractor company.
3. Substantial technical and practical experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
4. Experience leading and managing engineering projects and teams in the relevant discipline.
5. A sound knowledge of applicable Local & International design and engineering standards, for example, ISA, ASME, NFPA, ANDAL, etc.; Interface requirements of Indonesia Authorities for I&C (e.g. interface to PLN’s SCADA, CEMS, etc.).
6. Must have experience working with Windows based systems such as MS Office.
7. Highly effective people management skills such as leadership, team, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills. Must be able to build, motivate, develop and manage an effective team
8. Able to verbal and written communication in English
9. Willing to work in Sumatera area.
