PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO (Timas) – is Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) company which has attained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, for the scope of Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Project Management.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

OFFSHORE DIVISION

1. Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Engineer
2. Subcontract Specialist
3. Junior Subcontractor
4. Project Secretary

 

1. Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Engineer – Offshore Division

Minimum Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Have min. 8 years’ experience  as Commissioning
• Familiar with Oil and Gas / offshore EPCI company
• Familiar with Ms. Office, Commissioning software PMCMS/ICAPS, CAD, Ms. Project, mark up drawing
• Experience and knowledge of flow metering, instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, valves, pumps, sampling systems, analyzers, flow computers, E&I wiring and control panels.
• Has a good communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
• immediate availability

 

2. Subcontractor Specialist – Offshore Division

Minimum Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in any Major
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas subcontractor division or logistics preferably in EPC environment
• Well versed and experience in Indonesian and International logistics regulations, documentation and formalities, custom clearance, Import/export and Masterlist
• Exposure to and understanding of local (Indonesia) and International transport and shipping network.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft programs;
• Honest, trustworthy and a strong commitment and loyalty in an employment
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship management skill
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
• Preferably domicile in Jakarta

 

3. Jr. Subcontractor – Offshore Division

Minimum Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in any Major
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas subcontractor division or logistics preferably in EPC environment
• Well versed and experience in Indonesian and International logistics regulations, documentation and formalities, custom clearance, Import/export and Masterlist
• Willing to learn and perform IPA (Invoice Payment System)
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft programs;
• Honest, trustworthy and a strong commitment and loyalty in an employment
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship management skill
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
• Preferably domicile in Jakarta

 

4. Project Secretary- Offshore Division

Minimum Requirement:

• Female
• Indonesian citizen, Min. Diploma Degree in relevant major, preferably in business administration or secretarial.
• Have min 2 year experience in same position, experience as document control cum project secretary will be a good advantage
• Must have experience with Oil and Gas / offshore EPCI company at least 2 year
• Proactive, take initiative, well organized and attention to detail.
• Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
• Immediate availability
• Preferably domicile in Jakarta
