Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company, seeking a suitably  qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :

 

1. PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

  • Managing and coordinating of the project activities,
  • Managing the production target, safety and environmental,
  • Develop budget forecasting and develop strategies to reduce cost,
  • Compile and control the project budget,
  • Develop the project report,
  • Control the daily expenditure and cost of the project against  budget,
  • Prepare monthly review and present to the client.

Requirements

  • Site based position,
  • Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering,
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Coal Mining Operation or 3 years experience in operation mining project at superintendent level,
  • Hold the POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) license,
  • Energetic, honest, and has integrity,
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills,
  • Fluently in English and have a good communication in English.

 

2. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (ES)

  • Coordinate all activities for the Engineering department ensuring successful and good mining practice implementation of plan,
  • Ensure the mine design is applicable and easy to implement in the field,
  • Develop mine plan design to maintain & enhance productivity and safety,
  • Control and evaluate the daily mining performance (productivity and fuel ratio) of Project Manager between actual vs budget,
  • Guide the operation for excavating activity to get the target without overcut,
  • Prepare monthly mining plan,
  • Familiar with Geotech.

Requirements

  • Site based position,
  • Minimum S1 Degree in Mine Engineering or Geological Engineering,
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role,
  • Mining software skills,
  • Having POP License,
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Passive in English.

 

3. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (MP)

  • Responsible for the provision of mine planning and engineering, ensuring the quality control administration on mining operational and give support towards production continuity and efficiency,
  • Ensuring and identified planning elements, having a frame work time operation, and aligning target for production and ensuring guidance toward subordinate,
  • Ensuring improvement of production field, and implementing troubleshooting for all problems found in the field,
  • Ensuring safety, health and environment that are implemented during the engineering operational,
  • Prepare monthly and weekly mining plan.

Requirement

  • Site based position,
  • S1 Degree Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering,
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role,
  • Mining software skills (mines cape, etc.),
  • Willing to work independently in remote field locations,
  • Having POP license,
  • Passive in English.

 

4. PLANT SUPERVISOR (PLANT - S)

  • Supervise and control the activities of mining equipment maintenance and repair by overseeing the allocation of work groups or craftsmen, prioritizing equipment maintenance and repairs for ensuring that all work performed is conducted in correct procedures, a cost effective, safe and timely manner,
  • Ensure the availability of materials, spare parts, consumables, tools & equipment required for maintenance and repair work execution as well as workshop and laydown environment management to comply with SHE policies, rules and regulations,
  • Conduct analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required and Liaise with related party to resolve, identity, implement and improve service, product support and equipment problems,
  • Ensure all maintenance reports and documents to be completed accurately and on time,
  • Conduct P5M, safety talk, weekly housekeeping and monthly equipment inspection, implementing safety health and loss control elements to minimize accidents and, or incidents at work place and make sure all SHE and regulations conducted.

Requirements

  • Site based position,
  • SMK Teknik Mesin or D III graduate,
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Plant supervisor or 5 years experience in mining project at supervisor level,
  • Hold the POP license,
  • People handling diagnostic skill in all aspect of Mechanical repairs,
  • Have a good leadership and communication,
  • Have a good communication in English.

 

5.   SENIOR PLANNER

  • Provide analytical and statistic reports of maintenance work order performance, material requisition, service compliance and efficiency, backlog compliance, oil life accuracy, cost report, component life report, tire report, physical availability, MTTR, MTBF, etc. within on time (weekly and monthly) and accurate,
  • Develop equipment maintenance policy, standard PM tasks, Application Part List,
  • Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for formulating and applying maintenance planning and scheduling,
  • Develop, prepare APL and MPL, plan and schedule mining mobile equipment major work, such as midlife, overhaul, PCR, and GOH,
  • Able to create and analysis life cycle cost of hauling mobile equipment.
  • Develop, monitor and control maintenance budget and spare part forecast,
  • Assist in the preparation and invoice of project logistics and method statements including inventory stock spare parts.

Requirements

  • Site based Position,
  • D III graduate or S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektronik,
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in mining project as planner at senior level,
  • Have a good analysis and reporting skills,
  • Excellent computer literacy especially M.S. Office,
  • Familiar with CMMS,
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills,
  • Understand and familiar with CTS and P2U, oil analysis and PAP, and other condition monitoring program,
  • Understand and familiar in life cycle cost and budgeting process.
  • Passive in English.

 

6. MECHANIC TRAINER

  • To create efficient and accurate technical training and assessment material in line with business requirements,
  • Develop classroom training and assessment materials in conjunction with maintenance training specialists,
  • Develop and monitor mechanic competency development program,
  • Provide advice on instructional learning and curriculum improvement,
  • Review training and assessment materials and make recommendations for improvements,
  • Develop new ideas to support the efficiency use of training and assessment process and content.

Requirements

  • Site based position,
  • SMK Teknik Mesin or D III graduate,
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining project as technical or trainer background in Mining, Plant, Safety or other technical skills,
  • Experience in training delivery and assessment processes; experience in designing, reviewing and development of training and assessment resources; ability to research internal and external safety and training information,
  • Presentation skills, have self-confident, able to work under pressure.
  • Have a good communication skill in English.

 

7. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

  • Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment),
  • Monitor and control mining production on every hour basis including loading and unloading point to ensure smooth target achievement (both productivity and utilize units),
  • Identify the development and training needs of the mining foreman, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations,
  • Coordinate and supervise mining production and other mining team meetings,
  • Provide shift report and conduct effective hand over meeting to ensure continuation of operational target achievement.

Requirements

  • Site based position,
  • DIII Degree or S1 Degree in Mining Engineering,
  • Minimum 5 years experience in mining operation,
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of mining equipment capabilities and applications,
  • Having POP License or POU preferred.
  • Passive in English

 

8. PRODUCTION FOREMAN

  • Studies production schedules and estimates staffing, duty assignments and inventory requirement,
  • Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of the products,
  • Coordinates manpower requirement by increasing or decreasing personnel and overtime to meet changing conditions,
  • Maintain time and production records.

Requirements

  • Site based position,
  • DIII Degree in Mining Engineering or related,
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining operations,
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of mining equipment capabilities and applications,
  • Preferable having POP License.

 

9. LOGISTICS HEAD

  • Planning and managing logistic, warehouse, transportation and customer services,
  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle,
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers,
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvement.

Requirements

  • Site based position,
  • D3 Degree in Accounting, Mechanical Engineering,
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in mining operations,
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

 

10. PURCHASING OFFICER

  • Researching potential vendors,
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from supplier,
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing,
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery,
  • Review quality of purchased products.

Requirements

  • Site based HO position,
  • D III Degree or S1 Degree Management,
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as officer,
  • Preferably experience with ISO 9001,
  • Having knowledge of welding procedure,
  • Have a good analysis and reporting skills.

 

11. FOREMAN MECHANIC

  • Supervise and over-inspect subordinates’ daily activities, offer coaching and job training to ensure maintenance according to organisational standards,
  • Ensure the execution of scheduled and non-scheduled mechanical repairs and installation work as required,
  • Required to work overtime, do standby and be available for call- outs should the need arise,
  • Perform administrative duties to ensure record accuracy and availability, budget compliance and spares of equipment.
  • Lead and involved in trouble shooting and problem diagnostic of mining monthly equipment.

Requirements

  • Site based position,
  • SMK Teknik Mesin or D III graduate,
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as foreman mechanic,
  • Good team leading skills – able to motivate.
  • Understanding mining mobile equipment system operation,
  • Understand about CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi literature,
  • Understand both mechanical and auto electrical of mining equipment.

 

12.  MECHANIC

  • Build and assembling machines or mechanical components according to requirements,
  • Maintain, repair, and service of mining mobile equipment,
  • Inspecting machines, engines, transmission etc. and run logistic tests to discover functionally issues,
  • Conducting repairs aiming for maximum re-ability,
  • Keep logs of work and reports on issues,
  • Carryout troubleshooting and problem diagnostic to determine the root cause.

Requirements

  • Site based position,
  • SMK Teknik Mesin,
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as mechanic,
  • Proven experience as mechanic,
  • Very good physical strength.
  • Passive in English.

 

13. RECRUITMENT and TRAINING  OFFICER

  • Extensive knowledge in training, recruitment and selection.
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programs.
  • Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to the job requirements.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

Requirements

  • Jakarta based position.
  • S1 degree Psychology.
  • Minimum 2- 4 years’ experience in recruitment & training.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skill, honest and has integrity.
  • Able to work under pressure.

 

14. ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT and COMPETENCY OFFICER

  • Identify, own and manage risks arising from strategic and operational OD and learning and development plans, projects and initiatives.
  • Lead the developments of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programs and initiatives for development of the company`s culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • Jakarta based position.
  • S1 degree Psychology or related.
  • Minimum 2- 4 years’ experience in Organization Development and   Competency.
  • Computer literate.
  • Energetic, honest, and has integrity.
  • Able to work under pressure.

 

15. POLICY and STRATEGIC SUPERINTENDENT

  • Prepare and implements policies, procedures, interprets policies for Boards, staffs and the community under the direction of the Superintendent for assigned areas of responsibilities.
  • Provides leadership, management, supervision and direction to assigned management, professional and support staffs and consultants.
  • Support the development of strategic priorities for company.  This includes leading on business planning, putting policies in to action, as well as ensuring robust performance metrics are in place.
  • Identify the key information that systems must capture and identify gaps in the support needs of organizations getting ready to take on social investment.
  • Design on a strategy for the delivery of capacity building programmes, anticipating future as well as current need, that company will deliver through administrators and intermediaries.

  • Jakarta based position.
  • S1 degree in Psychology or related.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Policy & Strategic.
  • Computer literate.
  • Demonstrated the knowledge of effective human relations and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success as a strong and visionary leader.
  • Able to work under pressure.

 

16. SAFETY HEALTH ENVIRONMENT SUPERINTENDENT

  • To review daily inspection reports and produce regular reviews and summaries of findings.
  • To provide daily supervision and support to a team of field safety supervisors and safety officers.
  • To prepare weekly and monthly SHE reports as requested by the SHE Managers.
  • To develop, with the SHE Manager and his construction counterpart, specific SHE Plans and Objectives for the area under his responsibilities.

  • S1 degree in Public Health, Technique or related.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in SHE Superintendent
  • Computer literate.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective relations & communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success as a strong and visionary leader.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • POP. POM. AK3 Umum, Auditor SMKP, have Certificate of ISO 14001, ISO 45001

 

17. SAFETY HEALTH ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR

  • Support the SHE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective SHE Policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objective is met.
  • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspect’s safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
  • Assist with developing SHE Plans that comply with policies and procedures as well as client requirements.
  • Ensure all worksites are SHE compliant with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

  • Site based position.
  • S1 degree Public Health, Environment, Technique or related.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SHE Supervisor
  • Computer literate.
  • Demonstrated success as a strong and visionary leader.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • POP, AK3 Umum, Auditor SMKP. Certificate ISO 14001, ISO 45001

 

18. SAFETY HEALTH ENVIRONMENT OFFICER

  • Design strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other issues that may affects public safety.
  • Write reports detailing health and safety within their assigned research market.
  • Design training programs to provide safety awareness education.
  • Give presentations about current hazards based on market research to educate others about avoiding health, safety and environmental hazards.

Requirements

  • Site based position.
  • S1 degree Public Health, Environment, Technique   or related.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SHE Officer.
  • Computer literate.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective relations & communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • POP, AK3 Umum, Certificate ISO 14001, ISO 45001

 

19. HEALTH OFFICER

  • Advises person to obtain treatment from private physician or public health.
  • Investigates reported cases of communicable diseases and advises exposed persons to obtain medical treatment and to prevent further spread of disease locates and interviews the exposes person, using information obtained from records of state or local public health departments and from individual that already under treatment for communicable disease.
  • Visits physicians, laboratories, and community health facilities to stimulate reporting of cases and to provide information about government-sponsored health programs concerning immunization efforts, mosquito abatement and rodent control.

Requirements

  • Site based position.
  • S1 degree in Public Health or related.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Health Officer.
  • Computer literate.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective relations & communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Have Certificate Hiperkes  (Higiene Perusahaan dan Kesehatan Kerja).

 

20. SHE ADMIN

  • Provide administrative support to SHE team.
  • Manage and distribute SHE documents.
  • Compile and prepare reports on monthly basis.
  • Perform data- entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Site based position.
  • DIII in Public Health or related.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in SHE admin.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proactive with positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure.
