PT Indexim Coalindo is a Coal Mining Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in East Kalimantan. Currently, we are looking for several candidates with the following requirements:
1. Internal Audit Supervisor
Main Responsibilities:
- Correcting/auditing SOP and financial on the company.
- Reporting results.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years in area of audit.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Having skill in computer operations.
- Having skill in auditing SOP, financial and audit operation.
- Jakarta based.
2. Sr. Manager CSR, GA, & Security
Main Responsibilities :
- GM CSR, Security & GA will develop all company plan and execute strategy in building up relations and develop programs, indentifying community skills, issues and needs.
- To identify areas for potential improvement.
- Making sure that good understanding and mutual relationship with community well maintain to support all of the opportunity activity.
- Lead, organize and provide direction for the team to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and the business results.
Job Requirements:
- Minimun 10 Years in Area of CSR, Security & GA.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Preferable with mining experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of community, social issues and security operational.
- Experience with leadership of multi disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and building cohesive team function.
- Having skills in Management Proficiency, Surveilance, Analysing Information, Informing Others, Staffing, Coordination, Tracking Budget Expenses, Handles Pressure, Reporting, Scheduling, and Dealing with Complexity.
- Act honestly and with integrity all times.
- Based in HO Jakarta.
3. Project Control
Main responsibilities :
- Menyusun rencana dan jadwal detail pelaksanaan project termasuk menentukan critical path.
- Menghitung produktifitas dan kebutuhan resources (equipment, manpower) untuk pelaksanaan jadwal yang disusun.
- Menghitung kebutuhan budget.
- Membuat tahapan dan metode kerja yang efisian.
- Memahami detail kontrak dan scope of works terutama untuk pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh kontraktor.
- Membuat PR untuk kebutuhan alat/equipments.
- Memonitor pelaksanaan project sesuai dengan rencana dan member masukan solusi atau mitigasi atas keterlambatan atau ketidaksesuaian.
- Membuat ITP termasuk dokumen QA/QC yang harus dibuat/dilaksanakan oleh pelaksana project.
- Memeriksa kualitas & progress pekerjaan untuk ketepatan, kerapian, dan kesesuaian dengan design, budget, & jadwal yang diberikan.
- Menjalankan fungsi cost control termasuk analisa penggunaan budget.
- Melakukan pengecekan dan verifikasi pemakaian rental alat/equipments.
- Mengontrol sirkulasi dokumen project di site.
- Mengorganisir weekly dan monthly progress meeting dengan pelaksana project.
- Memperiangatkan pelaksana dan pihak-pihak terkait jika pelaksanaan project tidak sesuai dengan yang direncanakan.
- Membuat laporan progress pelaksaan project.
- Membuat laporan evaluasi hasil kerja pelaksana/kontraktor.
Job Requirements :
- Berpengalaman 5 tahun dalam bidang civil, structural, fabrication, dan erection works.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting, drawing, driving licence LV.
- Min D3 – S1 Civil/Mechanical.
- Microsoft Project, Office & Autocad.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Site.
4. Chief Security
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead, organize and provide direction for the team to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and the business results.
- Ensure behaviours are consistent to enhance the team environment and company values.
- Develop teamwork among the team.
- To protect, prevent, and monitor crime trends and security incidents in Project Site and surrounds, and recommend risk mitigating strategies. Liaise with local law enforcement agencies as required.
- Identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness and efficiency.
- To ensure business operational continuity as planned.
- Job Requirements:
- Minimun 7 Years in Area of Security in managerial level.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Preferable with mining experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of security operational.
- Experience with leadership of multi disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and building cohesive team function.
- Having skills in Management Proficiency, Surveilance, Analysing Information, Informing Others, Staffing, Coordination, Handles Pressure, Reporting, and Dealing with Complexity.

5. Logistic & Inventory Manager
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop all company’s plan and strategy in supply change and warehousing.
- Developing policy and procedure.
- Identifying improvement of supply process and warehouse activities.
- Manage technical reviewa to identify areas for potential improvement of purchasing process.
- Making aure that good understanding of warehousing control system and evaluation and inventory control mechanism.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree.
- Min 13 Years in Area of Supply Change Management Experience.
- Experience within the leadership of various disciplinary and multi cultural teams and building cohesive team function.
- Having knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management including Warehousing Management.
- Preferable with mining business area experience.
- Based in Site and willing working on roster.
