Lowongan Kerja PT. Bumi Suksesindo (BSI)

PT. Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) is a subsidiary of the IDX listed company, Merdeka Copper Gold and owns the flagship Tujuh Bukit Project in the Banyuwangi region, East Java.

Exploration at the Tujuh Bukit has delineated a world class gold project; with an expected mine life of approximately 10 years. The initial phase of the project involves open pit mining and processing of the gold/silver rich oxide cap. At this time, we are commencing the construction on this project and aiming our first production at the end of 2016.

Currently, we are hiring mining professionals to fill the following positions within a growing organization.

Successful candidates will be required to work on attractive Fly-in, Fly-out (FIFO) roster. Living conditions on site are located in idyllic surroundings along the south eastern coast of Java.

 

ATS Trainer

(Code : MME ATS-TRAINER)

Developing and maintaining heavy equipment and mine operations training program and providing effective in field and classroom based instruction and assessment, and assist in operator recruitment process also do all task from supervisor.

Qualification:

• Senior high school or diploma engineering
• 5 year experience on operator heavy equipment and 3 year as operator trainer
• Experience operate minimum 3 mining equipment (Excavator, Iveco/Scania Truck, Dozer/Motor Grader)
• Familiar with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Understand basic mine operation / good mining practice and basic mechanical heavy equipment
• Hold certificate POP and train the trainer qualification

 

Specialist Trainer

(Code : MME SP TRAINER)

Oversee and mentor Safety and Training department. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses. Build training programs and prepare teaching plans for both machinery and on site simulator. Prepare materials and modules, and carry out written and practical testing. Facilitate training courses. Assess training effectiveness. Periodically evaluate safety/training programs.

Qualification:

• Vocational High School or Diploma Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experiences on operate heavy equipment and 5 years as trainer and 3 years experiences as trainer specialist in mining industry
• Experience minimum operate 3 mining Heavy Equipment (HEX, OHT, Dozer/Motor Grader).
• Held certificate of POP and train the trainer qualifications
• Have training, coaching and counseling skills

 

Superintendent Heavy Equipment

(Code: MME SUPT-HE)

This position will be responsible for the performance of all heavy equipment maintenance, including ensuring that all maintenance activities will be in accordance with short to long term plans. He also has a financial function, especially in terms of managing spare parts and their relationship with the warehouse team.

Requirements:

• Minimum STM or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the maintenance field at a site with a senior position of at least 10 years (Experience within the mining industry will be an added value)
• Caterpillar experience an advantage
• Experienced with commissioning and start-up
• Strong in terms of planning, organizing, and control, and able to take preventive planning
• Able to direct, organize, and develop teams

 

Superintendent Fleet Support Services

(Code: MME SUPT-FSS)

This position is tasked with planning, managing and maintaining LV, Welding, Drill Equipment and ancillary units to maximize achievement according to the company's target. He is also responsible for directing, managing his team in order to achieve the best performance and to maintain compliance with HSE& Q companies.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school or equivalent, Diploma or Strata 1 will be added value
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance at the site and at least 5 years as a senior supervisor (Experience within the mining industry will be an added value)
• Understanding the heavy plant industry.
• Experienced in terms of making and implementing Maintenance System & Procedures
• Ever had a complex team and was able to direct, organize, and develop team members

 

Supervisor Auto Electrical

(Code: MME SPV-ELECT)

This position is responsible for the maintenance of spare parts needed by heavy vehicles, including repairing electronic equipment, reading drawings of electrical systems, and supervising the Auto Electricians team

Requirements:

• High School/STM/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the mining industry, with 2 years’ experience as a supervisor
• Having experience in the electrical field of light vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment (Caterpillar and Iveco experience an advantage)
• Able to read electrical circuits and be able to make problem solving decision

 

Supervisor Field Mechanical

(Code: MME SPV-FM)

This position is responsible for directing and supervising all functions and mechanical maintenance activities, especially activities in the field. He is also responsible for ensuring the performance of the Mechanical Maintenance team is in the best condition and still follows the HSE standards at BSI

Requirements:

• Minimum high school or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the mining industry, with 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in the field of maintenance (Caterpillar Experience advantage)
• Experienced with commissioning and start-up

 

Supervisor Welding

(Code : SPV-WELDING)

Responsible to ensure welding procedures and maintenance planning system are followed. Carry out welding repairs to mobile equipment. Ensure welding activities comply with short and long term processing plans.

Qualification:

• Senior High School or diploma
• 2 years’ experience in similar position in mining industry & 4 years’ experience as a tradesman or similar role in heavy industry.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, familiar with AutoCAD, oxy acetylene cutting, arc air gouging, plasma / MIG welding

 

Reliability Engineer

(Code : RELIABILITY)

Responsible to develop and analysis method to determine reliability of components, equipment and processes. Acquire and analysis data, prepare diagrams, chart drawings, calculation and report to define reliability problems. Investigate to determine the require reliability approach for the situation, with consideration to cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime/repair/replacement.

Qualification:

• Diploma or bachelor degree from engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mine site reliability role
• Strong planning and preventive maintenance skill and able to operate Ms Office and Ms Project
• Knowledge of mobile equipment reliability, fixed plant, condition monitoring and failure analysis.

 

Welder

(Code : WELDER)

Qualification:

• Senior High School or similar
• 2 years’ experience in a maintenance or plant in mining / processing or petroleum industry with 2 year experience as s tradesman or similar role in heavy industry
• Ability to read fabrication drawings
• Exposure to MMAW pipework and support, Oxy acetylene cutting, Plasma / MIG welding an advantage

 

Operator HE

(Code : OPERATOR)

Qualification:

• Senior High School or similar
• 3 years’ experience as operator in mining industry (CAT 745/ 773, CAT 330/320, CAT 390/6015)
• SIM BII / KIMPER / SIMPER active
• Willing to be placed at Banyuwangi, East Java
