In Indonesia, INPEX has been in existence since 1966 and since then active in a number of major oil & gas blocks including holding the operatorship of Masela Block, Arafura Sea. In the Masela Block, INPEX has successfully discovered the Abadi giant gas field, which has entered the Pre-FEED (Front End Engineering Design) stage for the Onshore LNG scheme.

We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

 

SUPERINTENDENT PROJECT CONTRACT & PROCUREMENT

JOB ROLES

  • Coordinating, monitoring, and developing procurement plan for Masela Abadi project based on the project requirement as well as identifying change plan and controlling the impact on procurement plan and execution.
  • Coordinating and monitoring the accomplishment of tender plan package for Masela Abadi Project; managing the bidding process to be in-line with procurement strategy and target and giving proper response on exceptions in order to ensure the project procurement process achieve excellent compliance with the prevailing SKK Migas procurement guidelines and Company’s policies.
  • Obtaining SKK Migas approval on Masela Abadi project procurement which value above US$5 million; evaluating the tender plan package and bid award package are completed and approved on time.
  • Managing administration fulfillment of contract implementation for Masela Abadi project to ensure contract are covered by valid Performance Bonds and Valid Insurance policies.
  • Coordinating with HSSE department, to assure that bidders for medium and high risk work services are certified in accordance with SKK Migas HSE guideline as well as Company’s policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • 13 years working experiences in oil and gas industry, with minimum of 10 years in project contract / procurement activities.

 

SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT CONTRACT

JOB ROLES

  • Assisting project team with administration works related to procurement process, starting from developing annual procurement plan until contract close out within the time frame as well as ensuring the compliance with SKK Migas guidelines, other related government regulations, and Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Evaluating the completion of tender documents in order to obtain best price and services from the qualified bidders; preparing response on bidder’s inquiries (tender bulletin) in timely manner; involve in negotiation with the prospective bidders.
  • Evaluating administrative matter to support project team, such as correspondences, minutes of meeting with supplier / contractor during PO / contract execution to ensure availability of variation order along with its justification is approved by the authorized official and SKK Migas if needed.
  • Liaising with project team to provide required justifications and explanations on the issued procurement document during procurement audit program in order to optimize cost recovery of materials / services contract for Abadi Project.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years working experiences in oil and gas industry, with minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain Management activities.
  • Knowledge about PTK007.

 

SENIOR ENGINEER OPERATION CONTRACT

JOB ROLES

  • Assisting non-project department with administration works related to procurement process, starting from developing annual procurement plan until contract close out within the time frame as well as ensuring the compliance with SKK Migas guidelines, other related government regulations, and Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Evaluating the completion of tender documents in order to obtain best price and services from the qualified bidders; preparing response on bidder’s inquiries (tender bulletin) in timely manner; involve in negotiation with the prospective bidders.

SENIOR SPECIALIST OPERATION PROCUREMENT

JOB ROLES

  • Organizing end to end bidding process (both internal and external processes) for non-project related activities in order to ensure the process comply with applicable internal and external procurement guidelines and other related regulations.
  • Preparing the best quality and proper tender document of non-project departments in order to obtain best price and services from the qualified bidders, organize and participate in negotiation, as well as preparing and finalizing Letter of Award (LOA) and contract document /Purchase Order (PO) issued in timely manner.
  • Preparing and finalizing change order or contract amendment document with data gathered from user department include asking approval request to SKK Migas (if needed) and monitoring administration fulfillment of contract implementation to ensure contracts are covered by valid Performance Bonds and valid Insurances.
  • Evaluating required justifications and explanations of procurement process during procurement audit program in order to optimize cost recovery of materials / services contract for Abadi Project.
  • Monitoring CSMS Certification of invited bidders for medium or high risks scope of works in accordance with Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline (Social Science, Legal, Economic, Engineering).
  • 10 years working experiences in oil and gas industry, with minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain Management activities.
  • Knowledge about PTK007.

 

ENGINEER PROJECT CONTRACT

JOB ROLES

  • Monitoring CSMS Certification of invited bidders for medium or high risks scope of works in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
