We are a multinational company which is developing iron ore resource in Taliabu Island, North Maluku. We need talent and professional candidate, experienced, strong leadership to joint and built together our team as:

 

A. Mechanic Planner Supervisor (Code: MEC–PLNN)

Responsibility:

• Implementing The Work Planning/Planing.
• Making/Filing-Request Spare parts.
• Carry Out A Regular Inspection Schedule To FIX Plant And Other Units.
• Coordinate With The Procurement HO And Logistics.
• Coordinate with All department related.
• Carry out a Meeting and Presentation weekly & monthly.
• Create A Departmental Budget.
• Implement Condition Monitoring Unit. 

Requirement:

• Graduates Of Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Mechanical PLANT FIX Planers.
• Age 35 – 40 year 
• The First Operational Supervisory Certificate.
• Can ERP System and computers.
• Speak English at least Passive.
• Not Color Blind. Could Draw/Design Related Mechanical.
• Willing to work with system Roster.

 

B. Training & Development Supervisor (Code : TD)

Responsibility:

• Evaluation the gap analysis of training needs in each Department
• Developing Training Need Analysis competency according as per the needs of employees
• Prepare the syllabus according to the findings in the evaluation need analysis
• Setting up systematic training for each department
• Monitoring systematic training based on existing planning
• Testing against employed based on systematic training schedule
• Create a internal and external training plan
• Prepare training purposes
• Prepare training evaluation to determine the success of the training has been done
• Coordinate with other department
• Other job by assignment

Requirement:

• Min S1 Psychology or Human Resource Management or relevant
• Min 6-7 years experience as training and development
• Have a good personality and strong leadership for motivated the employee
• Have a good communication, empathy and approach skill
• Have a technical skill and training certification
• Able to operate computer
