We are an Oil & Gas Company with PSC contract.

To support our progressive growth, we are inviting candidates who possess relevant education background, experience, competency, commitment and integrity to join our management position of:

General Manager

As a committed professional with relevant managerial experience gained within the Oil & Gas and natural resources industry, you will have highly developed managerial and communication skills plus the personal attributes to fulfil the requirements of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible and report to the Management Team and Board of Directors
• Oversee all functions - including Operations (drilling/production & exploration), HSE, Finance, Commercial Business, Investments, Procurement & Logistics, Human Resource and Administrative
• Ensure that the organization structure of the whole organization is designed to achieve the priorities and objectives in line with Management Team and Board of Directors
• Responsible for policy implementation and ensure the company’s regulations are compatible with the company’s objectives and strategies appropriate to the overall business targets
• Establish and oversee budgets, plans, policies and programs that will effectively implement the business strategies and objectives in line with Company guidelines, with the primary goal to increase revenue and improve profitability
• To review and provide guidance functions of each department in implementing the company’s strategy
• Develop, monitor, evaluate and implement on the company’s overall policy in order to run optimally, effectively and efficiently.
• Review financial, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
• Evaluating and analysing the results of the implementation strategy of the company and seek proposals for solving problems that arise

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant technical and management discipline
• Minimum 20 years of strong working experience in Upstream Oil and Gas / Energy industry, including 10 years of Managerial Position in PSC regime
• Familiar with Production Sharing Contract (PSC) regulations
• Have good working experience with SKK MIGAS institution
• Exposure to both Indonesian and international companies and projects preferred
• Good experience in running TAC and KSO Operation will be an added advantage
• Able to demonstrate true leadership abilities, lead teams as well as be able to work independently
• Demonstrated expertise in oil and gas offtake sales arrangements and related agreements
• High degree of computer literacy
