HRGA OFFICER
(ASSIGNMENT : SITE BASED)

JOB PURPOSE :

• Helping HRGA Supervisor to carry out all HR & GA activities on the project, including personnel, industrial relations, recruitment, training & development, community social responsibility, and general affairs to support activity in the project.

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor of Psychology / Human Resources / Law / Management with 2 years experience as HR Project . Diploma with 4 years experience as HR Project. SMA with 7 years of experience as an HR Project at a mining contracting company.
• Mastering all HRGA functions (HR Generalist).
• Communicative and focused service.
• Able to operate computers properly (Microsoft office).
• Willingness to be placed at projects, R&R Roster.
