• Experience 4 years in mining contractor or 2 years in drill blast

Production Section Head

 

• Max 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (any major)
• Experience 2 years as Production Section Head
• Placement Rantau, South Kalimantan

 

Plant Track Group Leader

 

• Max 30 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree (any major)
• Experience 1 years as Track Group Leader
• Placement Rantau, South Kalimantan

 

HR & GA MANAGER

 

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources or related field;
• Proven of at least 4 years of working experiences as HR GA Manager in Mining industry;
• HR Executive People oriented and results driven;
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR Best Practice;
• Able to build strategy along with leadership skills;
• Willing to travel to remote area;
• Placement in Jakarta;

 

Procurement Manager

 

• Minimum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
• Experience 5 year in the same field (preferably from mining industry as Procurement Contractor)
• Good negotiation skill
• Good integrity
• Excellent with Ms Office
• Willing to travel
• Placement Jakarta

 

Organization & People Development Manager

• Max. 40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
• At least 5 years expereince as a HR Manager is required. This must be of a generalist nature, with stand-alone responsibility for HR strategy and policy, training and development, performance management
• Able to make a significant contribution to the development of policy or strategy
• Willing to travel
• Placement Jakarta

 

Finance Accounting Section Head

 

• Max. 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least 3 years old working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
• Can manage accounting report
• Proficient in Ms. Office, with advances Ms. Excel skills
• Have dept understand of mining are preferably
• Have knowledge of Indonesia Accounting Standard and IFRS
• In depth knowledge of Financial, MRP/ERP and Integrated Accounting System
• Good Analytical, negotiation, communication & interpersonal skill
