Building Team Leader
(Code : BTL)

Job Description
Organize, supervise, and report all development activities, building improvements and maintenance and electrical building verbally and in written at site project based on supervisor’s direction and planning within limited budgets, procedures and applicable HSE standards to ensure the availability and maintenance of facilities and building infrastructure which is functional, effective and cost-effective in supporting work effectiveness.

Qualification:

• Hold a Diploma / Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering
• Male/Female with Min Age of 25 Years old and Max 40 Years Old
• Have a minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (Bachelor)
• Have a minimum 3 years of experience in the same field (Diploma)
• Understand Mining Process
• Understand HSE Procedure
• Understand HR Regulations
• Able to use Autocad
• Understand Drawing Construction Techniques
• Understand Project Management
• Have a POP Certificate and FINON will be prefered
• Placement in south kalimantan

 

 

COAL HAULING TEAM LEADER
(Code : CHTL)

Job description
Coordinating, directing, controlling and reporting all coal activities from mining, transporting coal to stock piles to ports according to the direction of superiors, predetermined rules and applicable HSE standards within the stipulated budget limits in order to achieve quality and quantity targets coal production according to customer request.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Senior high school with experience 5 years or Bachelor degree in mining and Geology
• Having at least 3 years experience in the same position for bachelor degree
• Understanding Mining Process
• Have POP certification (Mandatory)
• Able to work with deadine
• Have good communication
• Attention with detail
• Only qualified candidates will be processed
• Willing to be placed on Site (Kalimantan Area)

 

Finance Project
(Code : FP)

Job Description
Reconcile, summarize, analyze and report all costs in the project through operational control, perform petty cash functions and operational finance in the project to provide input complete, accurate and timely cost information to the user in supporting smoothness improved operational effectiveness and efficiency improvements in projects based on budget constraints and predetermined HSE standard

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma Accounting or economy
• Preferably female
• Understand mining process
• Good communication skil
• Willing to be place in east Kalimantan

 

 

MINE OPERATION TEAM LEADER
(Code : MOTL)

Gambaran Pekerjaan
Mengatur, mengawasi dan melaporkan secara lisan dan tertulis semua aktivitas penambangan dan pengangkutan overburden serta menjaga kebersihan lingkungan kerja di lingkup pengawasannya berdasarkan arahan atasan, mine plan dan design yang di buat engineer dalam batasan budget, prosedur serta standard HSE yang berlaku untuk memastikan tercapainya target pekerjaan per shift serta mendukung kelancaran "sequence" penambangan .

Kualifikasi:

• Diutamakan S1 Teknik Pertambangan, Geology, Teknik Industri
• Memahami Mining Process,
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama.
• Memiliki sertifikasi POP
• Mampu bekerja dengan deadine
• Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
• Teliti dalam bekerja
• Hanya kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi yang akan di proses
• Bersedia di tempatkan di Site ( Kalimantan Area )

 

Mechanic Big Digger
(Code: MBD)

Gambaran Pekerjaan
Melaksanakan dan melaporkan semua aktivitas pemeliharaan dan perbaikan unit sesuai arahan atasan, prosedur, standar HSE, serta menjaga kebersihan lingkungan kerja.

Kualifikasi:

• Tingkat pendidikan minimal SMA/ SMK/STM Otomotif/ Listrik/ Mesin Produksi.
• Usia minimal 21 tahun maksimal 40 tahun
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai mekanik 2 (Medium grade)
• Memahami perawatan dan perbaikan alat berat Excavator (ex. Hitachi Exc.5500/3600/1200/2600; Kom. PC1250/2000; Liebherr R9100/R9350)
• Memahami cara kerja dan perawatan hydraulic, engine, suspension, dan brake system alat berat
• Memiliki sertifikasi lebih disukai
• Memahami mining process dan HSE Procedure
• Memiliki keterampilan analisa baik
• Berdomisili di Kalimantan Timur dan sekitarnya lebih diutamakan.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Bengalon Coal Project, Kalimantan Timur.
