DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER (PROJECT MANAGER LEVEL) (Code : DPM)

Qualification :

• Max. Age 45 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining
• Min. 15 years experience as in Coal mining & Min. 3 – 5 years as DPM/PM
• Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) is preferred
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License would be an advantage
• Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production, Drilling & Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment & Supporting.
• Ability to act in an objective, non-discriminatory and have a decisive nature.
• Dare to take decisions quickly and accurately.
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result

 

PRODUCTION SECTION HEAD (Code : SH-PROD)

Qualification :

• Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor degree in relevant position
• 5 – 8 years experience as a section head in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta & our site project

 

ENGINEERING SECTION HEAD (Code : SH-ENG)

Qualification :

• Max. 45 years old
• Bachelor degree related
• 5 – 8 years experience as a section head or manager in open pit coal mining area and related position
• A first class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage
• Certificated in Minescape or SURPAC
• Willing to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area)

 

UNIT HEAD PIT SERVICE

Qualification :

• Candidate maximum 45 years old
• Candidate must be minimum in Bachelor Degree Mine Engineering, Geology, Civil, or Geodecy
• At least least having 2 years of working experience in production mining
• Mastering the operations Pit Service: pumping, draining, dust control, road maintenance (hauling road, bridge, ditch), drainage & dewatering systems, and mine tidiness (final slope, bench), mud cleaning, mine lighting (tower lamp).
• Knowing mining Cost Operation Production
• Knowing SHE mining operational
• Having good interpersonal skill
• Willing to be place in our site project (Kalimantan Area)

 

Sr. PROJECT PLANNING CONTROL OFFICER

Qualification :

• Candidate maximum 35 years old.
• Candidate must be Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering and Industrial Engineering
• At least least having 2 years of working experience in planning, budgeting, engineering and evaluation of mine production
• Mastering the technical aspects of mining operations (open pit)
• Mastering the technical project cost estimation & evaluation
• Having a good communication and self esteem
• Willing to be place to head office in Jakarta

 

MINE PLAN ENGINEER ( Code : MPL – ENG)

Qualification :

• Maximum 35 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining / Geology / Geodesy
• 3 - 5 years experience as Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
• Physically and mentally fit
• Will to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area)

 

INSTRUCTOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT

Qualification :

• Maximum 35 years old
• Senior High School / Diploma degree from any majoring
• 2 - 5 years experience as a Heavy Equipment instructor especially in mining companies
• Training For Trainer (TFT) certificated
• Be able to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Be able to work in a team
• Have a strong communication skill
• Willing to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area

 

SHE GROUP LEADER (Code : GL – SHE)

Qualification :

• Max. 35 years old
• Diploma from Environment / Public Health / Safety & Health / Mining
• (GPA: 2,75 ~ up)
• Min 1 Year Experience in Safety, Health & Environment Field
• Experience in mining area will be advantage
• Passive English
• Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
• Physically and mentally fit
• Will to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area)

 

PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER (CIVIL WORK)

Qualification :

• Max. 35 years old
• Candidate maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least least having 1-2 years of working experience in civil work. Scape of work in Land Clearing (making a road or drain)
• Willing to be place in our site project (Kalimantan Area)
